Terrible service. Never deliver on time. Leaves packages next to driveway. Super lazy. Frequently receive my neighbors letter mail. Contract carriers? How's that okay? Honestly whenever I order online and the shipper demands USPS I cancel my order.Update: 4/8/2024 again lost my packages and refused to deliver anything bigger than letter mail. Unacceptable

The only reason I gave the Clarkdale USPS 2 stars is because occasionally I get my packages delivered to my door. More times than I can count not only has the mail carrier tossed the packages over the low wall I have along my walkway but I have also found them out by garage because they are too lazy to bring them to the door!!!!!

My postal carrier continuously delivers my mail to the wrong address. I'm either missing mail, packages, etc., or I get my neighbors' mail and they get mine. Then there are times when my mail is delivered to the right house number, but on a totally different street. One job...match the address on the item with the address of the delivery location.

I am extremely unsatisfied with this mail carrier. I ordered a mattress through Amazon and it was supposed to be delivered to my door but instead of actually attempting to deliver it to me, the mailman decided he didn’t want to deal with delivering it and didn’t even leave me a notice. I got a notification from Amazon saying that there was “an issue when attempting your delivery. Your mailbox was full”. The guy didn’t even try. So he had it sitting in his truck all day and it’s now back at the Clarkdale Post Office today and I have to go pick it up because the mail man was too lazy to deliver it to me. The Clarkdale Post Office has terrible customer service and EVERY package I have ever received through them was broken and the boxes are always horrifically damaged. My products are not safe in their hands. 0/10. Do not recommend. I’d rather pay extra for a better mail carrier.

Carrier looses mail, they have lost 2 important payments and I had to pay $30 per check for cancelation fees and had to resolve payments with creditors directly. Tired of getting other people's mail, and get an email that my package was delivered to my mailbox and not there. Crazy hours of delivery and unreliable service. They need to get it together, I think they are becoming more of a liability than a reliable service. USPS please do not renew their contract!!!!

If I could write -5 stars I would my girlfriend showed up for her appointment and the guy was rude from the start. guy with glasses blue shirt breathes heavy and screams at young girls also saying he would do a backflip if she showed the confirmation. Which she did. And also showed me the confirmation. Next day around 1130 am he used the address on their file and then proceeded to drive by my house and stare at my girlfriend as she was getting home from her lunch break. If you would ask anybody that is unacceptable behavior. I need a number to contact someone higher up as soon as possible thank you.

I've lived at 1126 Lanny Lane since April 2018 and 3 to 4 times a week I get 1126 Valley View residents mail which is not mine. I put my flag up with outgoing mail and it gets picked up 50% of the time. Today again my outgoing mail was left as she shoved 3 envelopes for Valey VIew address. DO YOU NOT KNOW HOW TO READ? JUST BECAUSE IT SAYS 1126 DOESN'T MEAN ITS MINE. I wonder how much of my mail probably ends up at that other residence. This needs to stop and you need to hire competent people. I will be filing a formal complaint.

I talked to Jimmy our postmaster about a package that was missing nearly a month. Last location was in San Francisco, the next day it got delivered. When he says he'll do his best he sticks to his word. Thanks Jimmy.

Small town sweet, professional and quick, the Clarkdale Post Office is staffed by an efficient, friendly and thoughtful crew. I am grateful for their service, and impressed at how they know all of the residents of the 86324. They always go above and beyond for me, always super helpful and friendly. In the "historic district" we do not get mail service to our homes, so our PO box is an important link to the outside world and we find ourselves at the post office often. We ship packages nearly exclusively through the USPS, for its convenience, speed and pricing. I know folks who make a special trip to Clarkdale from outlying towns simply for the quick and friendly service there, as well as obtaining passports, which they make a very painless process. Jimmy, Kirsten and Mary are all wonderful, and so were the previous staff in past years.

In our neighborhood we routinely pickup our mail from the boxes next day, our deliveries are usually late into the evening...been going on for years..calls to the Clarkdale PO do no good. The neighbor made a visit to the PO with our concerns and for awhile the deliveries improved, but as of now back to the same old same old

Its a shame that the one weekly driver in her grey truck is to lazy to close mailbox doors an your mail / pckges get soaking wet...just plain laziness..

I love my post office in Clarkdale. They are always so helpful when I'm mailing my packages. They are speedy putting my mail in my p.o. box daily. I love that they always know my name and chat alittle with me when I come in. The Postmaster is fairly new here and is a great addition to our town. Both of the clerk's Janet and Kristen are great. Keep up the good work
