Oh my goodness........I am calling from a dental office. I need to call in a prescription for our patient. I waited on hold for 45 minutes. Someone kept picking up the phone and then put me right back on hold with out saying anything. I'm so frustrated!!!

Do not shop here! Look at the 2.3 rating this is ridiculous does Corporate not check the ratings for this store? They are Extremely Racist here! Everyone here is. The Manager Brittany asked me if I was ok just because I was walking towards the register in a hurry. Then she yelled out stop him he is stealing!??? When she came around the corner she saw me paying at the register and my girlfriend was very upset. My girlfriend asked her what did you just say? And she said oh I thought you guys were stealing. It was really embarrassing when all I was doing was purchasing gifts for my beautiful daughters. I explained what happened to the man at the register and he just starred at me with a blank expression like he didn't care at all and he looked like he agreed with Brittany! When i asked him who the Manager was he said it was her Brittany! So I left the store felling Helpless, Extremely embarrassed and Very Upset! I will never shop again and we are filing complaints with corporate!

My first time using this pharmacy, may be my last. Had to go urgent care, have a problem with my eyes and in a lot of pain. Waited over TWO HOURS only to be told they won’t be ready until sometime the next day, despite 3-4 pharmacy techs working. This was after calling and waiting on hold over 10 minutes with no one answering the phone. I’ve been in and out CVS pharmacies in less than 10 minutes, I’d keep going there if my insurance didn’t dictate otherwise. Going to make for a long and uncomfortable painful night.

This store is ver accommodating. Laurie, the pharmacist definitely is amazing. Laurie is very hands on and always has great customer service!

i worked here for 6 months and i now understand why this location can't hire staff can’t keep staff. in my time here, i was used/taken advantage of, consistently lied to/lied about, mistreated, and disrespected to say the least. i was a dedicated and devoted employee, and in return my GM Brittany Tarrants held me entirely and solely accountable for adult coworkers' lack of character in their professional and personal lives, personal lives? she then released fabricated private employee info about me to others in gossip after i announced my resignation. i was warned of her conduct when i saw her lie to employees about wages, force employees to sign up for the store credit card, force an employee to convince an evicted homeless woman to sign up for the store credit card, and allow unqualified individuals to handle meds in pharmacy. no effort was put to foster a well run location or competent managerial behavior. it was desperately and constantly put to cover up a substandard location/workplace, to coerce employees to not quit, to coerce family/employees into releasing fake customer reviews attesting a positive location experience. district management only patronized me in my speaking out, but beauty area management was wonderful and proactively supportive of me. I'm blessed for my loyal clients who chose to follow me out. ITS TIME TO STRIVE FOR BETTER :)

While the staff was courteous and friendly, the pharmacist Luanne Wardy was very rude! I was asking for a cream from over the counter and while I kept looking, I couldn’t find it. So I went to ask at the pharmacy, the pharmacist pointed rudely to where I can find it. I kept looking and still was not able to see it ( it’s not something I get ever) so I went to ask a pharmacy tech he was sweet but didn’t know so he asked the pharmacist and she very rudely came out behind the counter and was mumbling I couldn’t know what she was saying. She pointed with her finger and left. This is the worst and I refuse to go to another Walgreens

DO NOT HAVE YOUR FEDEX PACKAGES REDIRECTED HERE FOR PICKUP. I made the mistake of doing so and the package, which contained something irreplaceable, mysteriously disappeared while in their care. Apparently my package would have been safer had it just been left at my front door unattended than entrusted to Walgreens to hold for pick up.

Every time I come to this walgreens. I see walgreens employees smoking near the front of the store and throwing their cigarettes butt everywhere! Walgreens is supposed to be a pharmacy/drug store! Shelves in store are always empty! Outside trash can are always full, and the parking lot is dirty, trash are everywhere. Pharmacy never has my medicine! They give you a pick-up time and then delay your order "out of stock"! I'm going to CVS!

I scheduled 2 COVID's tests the day before arrived there and they said they were supposed to call me because they don't test at this location even though it says I'm supposed to test here.

If you need a Walgreens for your prescriptions, make sure you do not pick this branch. They are constantly understaffed and slow. And, I just went to the drive through at 5:55 PM, was the next person in line and when I got there at 6:01, they told me they were closed. Normally, this would not have been a big deal. But, this is yet another time they have disappointed. The staff is on the slow side and never customer centric. You would do best to choose another location. If they were not so close, we would definetly go somewhere else. DO NOT AT ALL COST CHOOSE THIS LOCATION!

This location is always understaffed and has failed to fill my script by the time THEY give the last 4x I’ve been here. The drive through is an absolute joke. Their customer protocols are the very worst…. They will sit and chew on one customer for 30 minutes while others wait. If someone does not have their information ready, they should be made to come into the store and not back up the drive.It’s painful every trip!
