One of the worst pharmacy in the area. I have had enough, they never call when they don't have a drug in stock. Now 2 days later I have to call around to find it and call the the doctor to send it to the new pharmacy. They just make more work for everyone. They also will not fill it until you call them to have it filled when they do get a new prescription. Just the worst place all around.

Had a negative experience with a cashier. A young boy with a blonde crew cut. He continually gave dirty looks to customers he didn't like. Not friendly at all. Didn't say hi or thank you to anyone. It was like he was pouting. Really weird for someone to act like that who is in customer service. Lol. Not a good experience.

I have been shopping here for over 18 years. I rarely shop anywhere else. The store is clean, organized, and has a great flow! The cashiers are nice, as are the baggers.

This store has been going downhill for months now, they need to update everything in the store, myself and my Daughter came here today, there were no carts by the first entrance, no baskets at either entrance, there were a few carts left at the second entrance and many carts backed up in the cart drop off areas. They need to update the self checkout areas, I barely come to this store anymore, Albertsons is so much better.

The Fry's Pharmacy at Riggs & McQueen has been my go-to place for many years. Even I moved further away from the pharmacy, I still get prescriptions filled. The staff are very nice, Ashley is especially helpful! PS: If you have a Kroger Saving's account, the prices are low, you can save some $$ for the long run. - Ron

After getting covid I have had to call for advice from the pharmacist multiple times. Everytime I called I could tell they are busy and they still take time to answer my questions with care and compassion.

Prescription was sent at 10am via goodRX, pharmacy insisted all day that nothing was sent and they did not have it. Showed up at 3pm to check on status in person. Was told to “call your doctor” repeatedly and that the prescription was sent to the wrong location after showing and verifying 5 times that script was sent to correct location. Showed up at 4:30 to pick up script after goodrx spent 30 minutes on hold waiting for pharmacy. Was told that if I wanted the prescription before close that I would have to wait inside. Go inside to wait, am told and rushed over to the side by the very rude woman to “wait over there”. This pharmacy is awful and always has been. Unfortunately goodrx will only send scripts to Frys.

I gotta say I don't like all frys stores. Some on the west end of Chandler I find to have old produce. I like quality meat and quality produce and these guys are consistent. I also really like the fact that this particular store always has great customer service with all their staff, even through the holidays when they're slammed. And they always have humans checking you out available. I hate bagging my groceries and I'd rather go somewhere that has people doing it for me. Their staff is energetic and helpful, and if you have the card you run into some good deals. Good job to the management and staff that works out of this one

I've shopped at Fry's for years in Chandler and now in AJ. The pharmacy people at the new Fry's in AJ do a terrific job in helping customers. For them I give 5 stars. The problems with all the Fry's pharmacies in the Valley aren't the employees - it's the horrible software they have to use every day for at least two years. They hate it and so do I. I've signed up for automatic refills of my Rxs and to be notified via email when they're ready for pickup. That's not happening at all. The director of the IT Department has to know by now how poorly the software is performing and FIX it. In the meantime, a message should be sent out to Fry's Pharmacy customers explaining the problem and a time-line when the current so-called software will be replaced. Someone at Corporate Headquarters needs to take responsibility for this problem and correct it ASAP.
