Customer service phone can not resolve any issue other than just raise ticket. I paid in full plan price but service was suspended due to no reason. I called the service number 3 times in one week but they don’t know what’s wrong and just keep raisin ticket. The operator and his manager refuse to refund my payment but just ask me to dispute with credit card company. Whoever want to sign on with boost mobile you need to think it carefully.

Horrible, I just wanted to get the upgrade that's boots mobile give me for being a loyal costumes for over 10years and the representative told me that the owner of this stablishment don't le them do it and that she would charge full price.. my mom because of my birthday tomorrow she was going to get it but I think that is not fair that bootsmobile have special offers for loyal customers and the the owner of this place just because he says he won't respect it.. I am really hoping that the company can do something about this because lately any bootsmobil3 representative are ether rude, sarcastic, or worse and I am really starting to think in changing companies like many of people who had let bad reviews on this and many locations.. she says that the owner wouldn't let them give us the price that boots mobile is giving us and tha I had to pay 100 dls more, but only in tha store. I had to order my phone online and I hate it because I don't know when is going to arrive

Store states that it’s open. And is closed. I find that the store hours mean absolutely nothing to the owner and employees at this location. I recommend you shop elsewhere.

Are being a loyal customer for over 10 years. They were horrible to deal with after making an upgrade on my account. Have been paying for my service for 2 months without a working phone!

Martin, a young bilingual guy who works at Arizona avenue branch, is a salesman with no integrity as we later found out. Sold us a new phone assuring us (with smiles and explanation of how the plan can be changed before the 30days) , how easy it is to downgrade into a cheaper plan after 30 days. Turns out he’s trained to lie ( or it’s inherent so he can get commission) and when we came back, he had a totally different demeanor (cold and indifferent)and told us to just call customer service. And we learned why.. because it’s not possible. So once he sells a phone, you’re on your own. Martin, Martin, Martin. Deception and thievery of your customers and your lack of honor are sure ways you’ll never see what success looks like. We will never recommend boost to anyone again. Pure Talk is definitely better. Lesson learned.

Horrible experience! If I could give this place 0 stars?! I would. I went in asking about the process of leaving my current carrier, to join Boost. This young man, of Hispanic decent was so rude! He was looking at me as if I were crazy, and mumbling things under his breath! He was also going over phone pricing as if he ASSUMED I couldn’t afford to purchase a new phone! I’d hate to think he was racist! Please get your employees is check! I’ve worked in customer service for over 18 years, and I am disgusted by the service I received today! By the way, it is 1:41 pm, Saturday, the 16th of September! So you know JUST who I’m talking about! I will be spreading the word about this location!

Worst customer service ever. All questions were answered with simple NO. No other wordings to follow by. The store was empty and I was the only customer there.
