Eric James is a craftsman of his profession. He is not for the faint of heart and is top tier. I have been to many places that offer athletic recovery and often feel like I didn't get what I paid for. Eric is far to humble with his pricing and I would gladly pay triple the cost. Even refusing tips and said he keeps it affordable to enable people to continue to seek his help. Truly an amazing man behind and amazing service.

After years of scoliosis, back pain, migraines and lifting, Eric is the real deal! He’s very transparent, great bed side manner, very knowledgeable about the body and gets the blood flowing to the muscles in his muscle recovery approach. Amazing experience! I came here with a tight and painful right shoulder. Couldn’t ever get stretched out on the foam roller or anything, came here and my shoulder feels great again! Would definitely recommend if you feel tight or losing flexibility.
