As a customer, I have an account with them, I was refused notary services because the document was for a different bank??!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!Just awful......

Every time I think I'll just stick it out a little longer with PNC I regret it. Today's the day I am done with this joke of a bank. For the 3rd-4th time in less than a year the tellers cannot even give me correct dates on check deposits. If they cannot even give valid information consistently they most definitely should not be trusted with your money. Spending my time today to get switched to a credit union before these people disappear my money and play d*** to that too.

Please listen to the reviews! Horrible horrible bank! A unnecessary amount of fees and they literally charge me almost $200 in overdraft fees for money that was in my ACCOUNT!! I can’t even believe this ! And then you literally have to pay a fee to do almost anything with your account like what is the point?!! Some I get BUT the others WOW! I’m not sure how they are for personal accounts but I’m sure they’re pretty much the same for business accounts! I would never recommend this bank at ALL it is generally not this location they’re pretty nice here is just PNC as a whole bank it self !

They don't cash checks from their own bank unless you pay they wanted 20 something from my check they said they take a % of the check its from a pnc account would never do business with them I can't wait until the company i work for gos to a different bank

Horrible bank. Customer service is lousy on the phone, as well as the bank. They charged me 7$ for a card I never received. Furthermore, I have an issue with their virtual wallet card, that keeps indicating insufficient funds. I had 1300 in my checking account? I was referred to their phone customer service, waited 34 minutes to have someone disconnect. Called back and after 46 minutes, I was told to wait so they could transfer me to another support department. Waited 56 minutes(the start time for the call is at 10:05 mountain time), and transferred again, with a we can't find a solution?Took my checking account to Chase, and savings to Desert Financial where I had other accounts.

Keli Peetz is the friendliest bank customer service person I’ve ever come in contact with! She made the stress of the large home cash for close process seamless! We need more of her in our world!

The staff is very friendly and attentive. The only issue I have is not with this branch but with customer service and fraud in general. While trying to briefly explain why I was calling. I had to pause for a quick second and then was Transferred to the wrong department and that's after I sat on the phone for 1.5 hours. Then I was on hold waiting for fraud for 45 minutes and when they told me the reason for blocking my card was over a $1.00 charge, I was rather upset to say the least. Other than the long wait times which are more often then not. BBVA has been a really good bank, everyone has learn somewhere, I didn't say they were incompetent just a little green. If you rely on a computer program to pick out which charges are Fraudulent maybe you should tweak the system a little bit. This has happened multiple times...

This is a great location with a very friendly and welcoming staff. I ran into a rather serious issue regarding my account. Thankfully the issue was resolved as promptly as possible. I very much appreciate the efforts and communication from Keli. Who was more than accommodating with my request and in answering all of my questions. Will be returning to this location for future banking needs.

I regret having our business and personal accounts with BBVA. It was a very bad experience, unhelpful bankers and outrageous fees that just pop up on long established accounts. And no two people will give you the same answer when you need help. You will be happier else where.

This particular location has some of the nastiest most rude women I have ever ever encountered. There was a manager (I think she was a manager) she was driving a crappy hatchback , and a woman that drove a white Honda, as well as woman that drove a blue minivan, that were all insanely rude and nasty. The only reason I know what their vehicles looked like is because I arrived before they opened, and the woman with the accent that drove the crappy hatchback car told me she didn't have time to talk to me, after ignoring me saying "excuse me ma'am " several times, just to ask a simple question. Literally just needed 2 seconds of her time. She refused to acknowledge me, then yelled over her shoulder "I can't talk to you! I don't have time for you right now!" They were unaware that I am a member of this bank, and so is my father, who owns several businesses. I told him about this encounter this morning, and his business manager is at this very moment on the phone with another bank arranging to have their accounts closed. This is so incredibly satisfying,and hopefully a lesson learned. Never judge a book by its cover, I maybe blue collar, but I guarantee I make more than all 3 of you nasty rude women.

Do not use this Bank. Worst banking experience ever. This Bank and it's employees will say anything to get you to open an account but then have no idea how their products and services work, or simply don't care. I was very specific about my needs when I opened the account and none of the services I needed turned out to be available when I tried to transact. Their standard response was "you have to return to the branch where you opened the account." Incompetent employees, substandard products and services and big fees aptly describes this Bank. Complete fraud

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company and with the things that have been said to me by there so called customer service I am going to shut my account down with them faster than I opened it to have someone say well we have not received our money so you don't get yours. Nice response I now see why there is no lines

This bank has some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. I had an auto loan through this bank and it was a complete night mare trying to make payments, especially when I paid off the loan. No one is friendly or helpful.
