I had an amazing interaction with an employee today named John Cooke. He gave us a friendly welcome into the store, addressed all our needs, and was by far one of the most respectful employees I’ve ever encountered. My wife and I both agree he deserves a raise.

Kyle the manager at this store provided the most amazing customer service! He was extremely informative and patient with us. I could tell he truly enjoyed what he did - Verizon is very fortunate to have him!!

Horrible customer service. Waited for over an hour to be helped. Never said anything to us. She sat there talking with two people and never tried to assist anyone else. While we were there four other people walked in and waited, and nothing. They left. We left without being acknowledged. That chick should be fired. If I could give negative stars it would have been the only thing this place earned.

Verizon Business is hands down the worst phone service. A cup and string would be better. Billing is always all over the place. The business lady Deanne Applewhite lies to sell the service. She sent me an email with a price I would be paying. After switching the price almost doubled. Cant go back to a regular consumer account. Even after having emails from the business rep and filing a formal complaint Verizons answer to me was oh well. Paying my devices off asap and going elsewhere.

Terrible service we waited 40 minutes just to pay a cell phone bill and then they changed our plan to a more expensive plan without my knowledge and cut our phones off for two days. We are switching immediately.

Upon entering, there was no recognition of anyone's presence, nor any communication while we stood waiting (others came in after me and it was the same). Even though they were assisting another customer, they didn’t inform us that they would attend to us shortly. 'Will be with you in a minute' or anything. It appears that customer service skills are not a priority in their training.
