“Listen, don't believe everything bad about this location. I went yesterday, and a teller Ulysis tried to help. He was amazing but it was little he could do for my concern without the letter. I went back today and let me tell you, Yadira (I hope I spelled your name right) should be promoted if she is not already at the top there. She was phenomenal. I had a significant issue and I just did not have a clue about any account info under my name. She went above and beyond to get the issue resolved for me. I did not want to keep her any longer because she was already far beyond the closing time. As I was walking out, the office that we were trying to reach came online. She stayed with me through the whole process. What was so stressful, she eased my anxiety. Thank you BoA employees, Ulysis and Yadira. I would give employee of the month to Ulysis and Yadira deserves best employee of all time. Thank you so much for helping me.”
