I have been going to Dr. Alexis McNeil for almost 10 years now!! To say I am happy with her is an absolute understatement! Dr. McNeil is always accommodating when I have had to reschedule over the yrs..... She is always so friendly and upbeat whereby making my appointment MUCH more comfortable!! I remember when I first became her patient literally after my FIRST appointment I got GREAT results! I adore her and think the world of her! Reviews are important these days and I trust you will read and more forward without any apprehension and make an appointment! I would not mislead you I stand by my word! I am one VERY HAPPY patient of 10 yrs.!! Thanks for reading and thank you Dr. McNeil!

This review is long overdue!Dr. Jason has been very helpful to me and my husband. We both think highly of him. He really listens to us, is compassionate and kind, and helped us resolve various ailments. I then also decided to go see Dr. Alexis, since my husband thought I may benefit from her female perspective too.Dr. Alexis however was very dry and with terrible bedside manners. During our visit she stepped out and rudely confronting Dr. Jason about some office concern. Although part of the practice focuses on aesthetic procedures, she told me I should have my breast implants removed, that 'natural was better'. Well the implants are there for a different reason than pure aesthetics... In either case I was there to meet her and get feedback on a few things, and ended up with a pap (fine since I was due for one), and almost $300 dollars of supplements I certainly did not want, need or even use (Dr. Jason had not given me anything other than references to a couple books and dietary changes)! At the moment however, I was so dizzy with anxiety from the things she had said to me, that I signed the receipt and left.

We had a great experience with both Dr. Mcneil's (Jason and Alexis ) in January / February of this year. My girlfriend had all of the signs and symptoms of COVID which lasted for an exceptionally long duration. After many visits with specialists and other MD's, we were no closer to any relief of her symptoms. My girlfriend was very weak and in bad condition when we brought her in to North Valley Medical. Alexis and Jason were both very attentive, took their time in listening to her history and symptoms, and it was obvious that they are passionate about helping. They started their treatment on a Friday, and continued a multi day treatment over the weekend to ensure that Dawn was seeing some improvement. After the first treatment, she experienced a very obvious improvement in energy and disposition. They definitely went above and beyond, and we highly recommend them !

I highly recommend their yoga classes; the teachers are wonderful and the space is relaxing. I love the heat from the infrared sauna panels, too.

I have been going to North Valley Medical Center now for almost a year. Dr. Alexis and her office manager Sarrah are great. Dr. Alexis is always there to answer my questions. I have had Dysport and a lip filler. I emailed Dr. Alexis about a few questions I had and she emailed be back promptly and answered all my questions. I love the Dysport Day and have taken the opportunity twice. I have also had a facial done in the office pre-Covid and enjoyed it. I hope they are able to do those services sometime in the near future. I would recommend them to anyone looking for health and beauty options.@north_valley_medical_center

I’ve seen Dr. Alexis McNeil since 2014. She is kind, caring and takes time to really listen to my needs. I highly recommend seeing her! The office staff is pretty great as well.

I cannot say enough good things about this practice and doctors! If I do need to visit the doctor this practice is my go to! They are professional, however they take time with their patients. Also they offer a lot of different holistic options, the perfect balance!

Absolutely love Dr. Alexis McNeil she is a miracle worker, not only does she do amazing work physically but she is so caring that just seeing her smile will brighten your day! I won't let anyone else touch my face, I'm convinced she adds magic to the syringe, make an appointment, you won't regret it!

I have gone to many places in the valley for Botox and Dysport, and I can honestly say this is the best in the Valley. Not only does Dr Alexis take her time, she has great suggestions, she always goes just a little bit beyond the norm. Dr Alexis backs up her work, which I can honestly say not all do. Although I have not gone to Dr Jason personally, I have heard only outstanding reviews from friends who have. I highly recommend North Valley Medical!! P.S Sarah at the front desk is very accommodating when it comes to billing and explanation oof services.

Dr's. Alexis and Jason are THE BEST! The office is just beautiful, you feel better immediately just walking in! Both doctors are caring, and offer a unique and wide range of diagnostics and therapies that you won't find elsewhere. They take a truly holistic approach to wellness and spend whatever time is needed with their patients. Their medical (and spiritual) expertise is evident in every visit. I can't recommend them highly enough!

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Alexis and Dr. Jason for over 10 years. We drive from Downtown Phoenix to Carefree just to see them. Their office is such a warm environment filled with positive healing energy, and both Doctors have a special bedside manner. Love!
