My experience was the same as the reviews here. This was my first and last visit to this location. The owner was helping someone ahead of me when I walked in and she rudely said I’ll be with you in a minute. After an incredibly long time of packaging, one person’s small package, I handed her my unbagged Amazon return. She takes it from me clearly disturbed and says what no label, no box ? and shakes her head. I say to her, Amazon says not to and I paid for it to be dropped off here. I then asked, why did you make this comment? She said she wasn’t sure if it would fit In her bag. Then when she noticed, I was not happy with her, she tried to make some joke. It was quite apparent this was not genuine. This woman seriously should not be working for UPS or in any customer facing situation and I’m not quite certain why they let her. I expect that she will not apologize and she will make an excuse similar to all the other reviews clearly all theses reviews aren’t opening up her eyes for she continues this rudeness, I’m posting this here for no other reason than to hopefully have ups be alerted,

I’ve tolerated the small fees here for a while now—$5 to check an email, 23 cents to print a label, and of course, the worst of all: bad customer service, which unfortunately comes free of charge.
Today was the last straw. When I walked in, the staff member was being outright rude to an older lady. This is not an isolated incident; it's a pattern. I've dreaded coming here for a long time, and after this experience, I’ll be taking my business to Cottonwood from now on.
Take a look at the other reviews for this location. They all mention the same issues: outrageous fees and poor customer service. Her dismissive and unprofessional responses to these reviews only confirm what many of us have experienced—this person should not be working with customers.
Is everyone else wrong? Or maybe it's just you!

A most unprofessional transaction with the gal manning the counter. Aggressive and overbearing. Not a person that I would hire to work at my place of business. You can do better and you should as there are many shipping options these days….I will be opting for a different shipper!

I have gone into this store many times and the owner is in the wrong line of work..she has no place in customer service every time she is rude and today the other lady who I thought was ok was also very rude!! I lost my s##t today and finally told them both how rude they are!! So the post office it is and they are much nicer... That owner should realize people have choices in this town and she is losing customers!! I will never spend another dime in her store!!

Wow! Some of the most rudest and unhelpful employees I have ever met. If I ever treated a customer the way I was treated here I would be fired on the spot. Miserable and bitter older folks who have nothing better to do than take it out on pretty young girls. It’s a true shame, I thought UPS were held to a higher standards, but yikes… I’d go anywhere but here!

I usually avoid this location because the owner is incredibly unkind and rude.
Everytime I’ve been to the Camp Verde store, regardless of the reason, she treats me horribly.
She especially hates Amazon returns. This is when she is most combative & passive aggressive.
The other employees are always great. Other UPS stores are always better!
I was hoping to be greeted by anyone but her.
I thought I’d give it one more try.
June, I know you’re reading this. As a long time local who wishes to remain anonymous, you must know, people in town talk about your miserable service and attitude.
You should really stop working in the front . I hope you don’t treat your employees as badly as you treat your customers and community.

The lady in training at the front desk in camp verde was friendly and did well. The lady in the back and training the woman was a nasty piece of work. She was combative and rude for no reason. She got feisty when I asked for a printed copy of coverage information. She also seemed like a bully for other workers.

$5.72 charge to print a label seems a bit excessive. Other UPS stores charge nothing.
