This Napa took care of me today when my truck lost a brake caliper bracket bolt while towing a trailer, luckily that happened as I pulled into a gas station, the store had the bolt needed and they sent a driver to drop it off to my location! Moments like these are remembered forever, you guys save me from a massive tow to Mesa so I am extremely grateful for your help today, folks.. this is your store for anything you need on your vehicle! I went in to find windshield wipers for my audi and i couldn’t find any that would fit anywhere for my car. They helped me order ones that would fit and didn’t charge me until they knew it would work. They gave me a very generous discount for my graduation and put them on for me and overall it was the best auto parts store experience I’ve had!

I called the store to ask if they had a part for my truck and talked to Tim. He said that they could have it the next day. I let him know I wanted to get one today so he called Napa in Cottonwood and they had it in stock. Thank you for a great job.
