Went in to purchase an alternator - 4 employees in the building 2 helping customers I am in line and not one of them would make eye contact or acknowledge I was even existent. I finally gave up and walked out. This is why I just go online and buy parts. There's no hassle and the parts are better quality for less $$$ and I have received the correct part every time!

We went to this location and Donna (I think she was the assistant manager) helped us. She was amazing. Very kind and helpful.
We were on vacation when our daughter’s car broke down. Donna got us the parts. Let the kids stay inside where it was cool. She was with us untill we got on the road safely. Thank you Donna!

Sold me a tool so cheap that it bent and became unusable. They were rude and refused to give me a refund because the packaging had been opened, duh had to try and use it.

I had to stop in here the other night unexpectedly when my car told me I needed to add a quart of oil to it. I've been here before & had great customer service so it was a must I came back here to buy some oil.
Tyler waited on me & oh man he was a hoot! Great sense of humor & he loved joking around in an appropriate matter. He was able to look up the type of oil my car needed & even went & grabbed it for me. I had recently visited an O'Reilly's in Vegas & had bought something for my car but was able to fix the issue without needing these parts I bought. I didn't have my receipt on me as I left it @ home but I was able to return them after Tyler looked up my transactions in the computer under my phone #. So I suggest when shopping @ O'Reilly's have them create an acct with your phone # so if you ever lose your receipt or don't have it on you & you need to return something they can easily look you up & see that you actually bought the item your returning.
I highly recommend stopping in here for all your auto parts!

I’m constantly being given the wrong parts and fluids . I’m a private dealer, I’m in there all the time over the last 3 years , It started about a year ago when I took my car to a shop and the mechanic that did the work was married to one of the ladies at this store. The shop told me the work was simple and 800.00 , when i went to get the car the bill was 1600.00 , now this place consistently sells me the wrong things if they can . Don’t be jealous of what I do ladies and gentlemen. You’re not me sad to say . Do your life and stop trying to bring mine down over B.S.

NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET !What on earth happened; ? This used to be one of the best O'Reillys. I come to Bullhead 1-2 times a year and I've always been happy with this store. Not so anymore ! How "Anna" ever got to be an assistant mgr. is beyond me. I found the part I needed fot my 2004 Chevrolet Malibu classic. on line, a standard ignition 2 terminal multi purpose connector # S524.. Asked for it by parts number. Next thing I know she is telling me my car is a "Classic", not a Malibu; then she sells me the wrong part and I have to go back in the store to exchange it. Next we're in the parking lot pulling the headlight and before I can stop her she's got my brand new bulb out of the socket and her greasy fingers on it. A totally NOT! needed action to determine the wiring harness fitting.Then she tells me she can have the right part in the afternoon. I tell her I'll go to the store in Fort Mojave and get it myself. But! She's already refunded the wrong part she sold me ( I had the right part and # to begin with) and recharged me for the new one. Hence another trip. When I come back in the morning she looks at her own notes and tells me " it's not here yet !" I remind her that was yesterday ! The dim light goes off! She takes forever to pull the part. I take it whether I need and or want it or not. !I can never go back here. ! There's not enough valium in the world for me to deal with such incompetence ! AND THIS IS THE SHORT VERSION ! Besides she found me a cheap version for a little less money. NEVER BOTHERED TO FIND/LOOK UP THE CORRECT PART I asked for WHICH WAS INDICATED on the website to be in stock; on location !
