EXCELLENT customer service from Justin today! I went over on my lunch hour due to my windshield wipers disintegrating from the heat and Justin found the ones I needed and replace them for me. I was in and out in like 5 minutes!

I went there twice in the past five days. The first time I was interested in some paint, it took a long time to gain help(about five to ten minutes of standing there waiting as only one employee was helping as the other employees found ways to hide) and then when I had some questions the young man was 100% ignorant, but that is simply unhelpful and not a crime.
I came back with questions about an ignition/starter issue and to likely purchase a part. There was an older larger lady with a super short haircut that literally told me that the only person knowledgable was in a meeting and not to be disturbed. The way she said it was callous and indicative of my previous experience. I told her I would not disturb them with my business and walked out. I went to Oreillys and got the best service, all problems solved. I think it is just this particular Autozone that has horrible service, all others I have been to have been kind and helpful. This must be a reflection of management or ownership if franchise owned. I won’t be back-

I SHOPPED AT AutoZone STORE #5301 today. I was helped by a young man named Juston. He helped me find the part that I was looking for and then installed it for me. I offered him a tip. He smiled, thanked me and refused the tip. I appreciate good service and will be back again!
