Drove 10 minutes out of my way it’s says they open at 9am I’m here at 9:40am and they are closed the inside looks like bad as well so I’ll go somewhere else from here on out you should do the same

This place is awful. Go to a different smoke shop. Never stocked, terrible attitudes, and no knowledge. Don’t ask them about their products they have no idea what they are selling.

My favorite smoke shop in avondale. They always have fresh leaf blunts because they keep them in a refrigerator. Very friendly staff.

They actively close up shop whenever they want I got here about half hour before close to find the entire tore already locked up. If they want to lose money by closing early (most likely due to poor work ethic) by all means but update those would be customers so we can all steer clear and not waste our time thank you.

HIGH LIFE SMOKE SHOP!...HORRIBLE.HORRIBLE.HORRIBLEEXPERIENCE. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SMOKE SHOP. THEY DID NOT PUT ALL OF MY PURCHASED ITEMS IN THE BAG... SINCE I HAD BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR YEARS I ASSUMED THERE WOULD BE NO PROBLEMS.WHEN I RETURED THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME MY PURCHASED ITEMS!!!.....SAD DAY AND I LIKED SHOPPING THERE TOO!!!... FAKE RIP OFF!!!!...NO MANNERS, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!..... WAS TOLD MANAGER WILL BE OUT OF COUNTRY FOR 2 MONTHS!!!!!

They worst customer service ever she was on her phone the whole time she over taxed on a puff bars and vapes you can get at any smoke shop for 5$ cheaper and up charges on puffs that don't last their wraps are always are old easily tearable do better.

I hate writing reviews much less negative ones but I have to give people a heads up considering there are better smoke shops in the area.Everything is overpriced and customer service is non existent. The store is also a mess and they don't have many vape accessories. When I went, it seemed that there was only one person working and she was in the back talking for a couple minutes before coming out to attend me. No greeting or anything just "what do you want", I ended up paying $6 for a 6 pack of cones lol. Jim's on Dysart and Van Buren has a friendlier staff and better prices ($18 for elfbars !!)
