Very disappointed with the way this store handles returns. I understand not accepting returns for electrical items that are opened but to not accept a 130.00.00 pump that was never opened seems wrong. I was willing to pay the ridiculous restocking fee and accept the balance with store credit but they wouldn't even go

They should have employees who are more friendly to customers. I got a disgusting fat despot who doesn't know how to treat customers. He thinks he knows and he doesn't even know how to sell. He doesn't give you information about anything. He just doesn't know how to sell..

Never gave my card back!!! Called and asked about not giving back my card,he said " oh yeah you left it on the counter " dude you managed to hand the receipt, and never gave my card back to me!! You would think that you saw me leaving and saw my card on the counter and mentioned it while I was going out the door. NOOOOO you tried to cover the fact you kept my card. All I know I check my account regularly, so i will know if there is anything fishy going on! Smh so annoying having to go back to retrieve my card!!!!

5 Stars because I couldn't give 7. Staff are very helpful and patient in determining the correct part for my Kitchenaid/Whirlpool dishwasher, selling only what I need and nothing I didn't. Parts were in stock and prices are very competitive, often lower than online prices.

I was in the store yesterday. The fat lazy person you had on duty was a disgrace to your reputation. I asked questions about cleaning an oven, cleaning the exterior of appliances, taking melted plastic off of a toaster oven. He gave me the lamest advice and never left his highchair. I told him this was a great disappointment and so different from my previous visits. He didn't give a sh**t. Fire his a***

APS is a go-to store for professionals and people like me who DIY my home repairs. My AC units are all over 15 years old and need parts and replacements when they go down in the summer, especially run/start capacitors. Most of the time APS has what I need for quick fixes. on a side note, unless you are a pro with a wholesale account, expect to pay +20% above Amazon. But I rack that up to a convenient tax.

Fantastic staff. Knowledgeable and patient. I went there for an AC capacitor. The young man helped me find the correct part to fit my unit. Their prices are lower than their competition for the same brands.
