Had all kinds of connectivity problems in first two weeks. When I called to stop service they said they don't refund unused payment. So I am losing about 20 days.

Fiber is the way to my streaming needs. I would have given five stars this year, although the veteran discount was abolished and that made me sad. Other than that, great service and super service when needed!

The people of AirBeam are the most polite and customer driven company in which I have engaged!! The people show they are willing to go above and beyond to be sure the customer is satisfied. Now for the home Air Beam internet. The ease of instillation, again by polite courteous techs, was so easy. Took about an hour to achieve an internet speed I did not know was available. The steady stream, with no buffering, was and is a pure enjoyment.

AireBeam cares about customer service and responds quickly. Recently, they replaced our fiber optic internet main line after the custruction company, building the house next door, cut it. In the beginning, when the AireBeam crew realized it wasn't a simple fix, they gave us antenna internet (see the picture) while we were waiting for the main fiber optic line to be replaced.

From the first day, on our street, and all the streets in our park, the install couldn’t have been better. Everything was cleaned up when they moved out you couldn’t even tell they’ve been there. We are now hooked up, and the service is better than fantastic. Mike came out to install our router and he couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. Airbeam is a class company that I absolutely enjoy Dealing with. Customer service is wonderful.

Art was very good at explaining all the info so as any one could understand, and he took the time to pause the whole conversation when I had to run an errand and called me back at a later time and we were able to get back to the earlier conversation as if there had not been those hours of no contact. He is professional at his job and I would highly recommend him for anyone who has questions regarding AirBeam to contact Art!!!!!!
