You guys they are just hustlers here they want to make money charged me for a massage and facial canceled. The massage charged me full price for the facial when I got a Groupon price for 40 girls started telling me it was $80 as I confirmed three times it was $40. They tried to over price me don’t go here honestly she used no pressure on my face very dirty place, the hot steam towel on my face smelled like dead rats they don’t clean properly at all

I recently visited for a facial spa, and I was blown away by the experience.The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in the door. The quality of the services was top-notch, and I could tell that the staff had a lot of experience and skill in their craft.I had an amazing experience at Merle Norman in St Alberta, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality beauty salon. The staff, services, and atmosphere were all top-notch, and I can't wait to return for my next appointment."

Such a relax ! Their service is excellent and beyond. Nancy spends more time onMassaging my face and takes her time to clean my pores . Each time my face was glorying !

I took my 4 month old daughter to get her ears pierced. I was early for our appointment but they took us in right away. The staff were pleasant and welcoming. I was given lots of time to decide which earrings I wanted and they had a nice selection to choose from. The piercer explained the procedure to me and was great with my baby. The piercings are even and straight. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would definitely recommend!

Store promised me 2 gifts with purchase in early September. It is November and I am still waiting. They have no intention to get them to me. Very poor customer service.

Our twins had their ears pierced yesterday. The girl who did the piercing her hand was shaking while she was trying to do the piercing which ended up piercing to far from the dot after that she told me to go for couple minutes and come back to do it again in the correct spot and I did. Unfortunately my daughter had her left ear piercing twice and in both time she did out of spot. I paid 214$ cash and she didn't give me the receipt I was busy with my baby was in so much pain.

Went in to get my 3month old daughter’s ears pierced today. Walk-in! The staff was helpful and they did an awesome job. I Highly recommend this place.
