I live three provinces away, but I ordered a dress on the Thelma & Thistle site.
I thought it would be perfect for me to wear to my granddaughters christening. Before I pulled the trigger, I made sure they had a return policy and it said they did have one on their site. I first emailed to find out how this dress would fit because obviously I would not be able to try it on. I was told for my height and weight that a medium would be more than big enough. So that is the size I ordered. When the dress arrived, it was comically horrible on me, my hips stuck way out and I’m only a size 8 normally.
I wrote to say I had to return the dress and I was charged $25 by the post office (I had to pay for shipping both ways!).
Expecting a refund, today I got a message saying my gift card number was blah blah blah. I emailed them saying that I understood from their site that they did returns because they had a return policy and that I wanted my money back. They told me I was not allowed to get my money back but only a credit from the store. I do not live in the province, and I don’t want to pay expensive shipping again because of would eat up the rest of the price of the dress! They refused to budge on this “policy”. I am currently in touch with the Better Business Bureau, and I hope that they don’t do this to anyone in the future!

I didn't get the name of the person helping me out, but they were fantastic!! They showed me so many creative and awesome ways to style so many of their jumpsuits and I was blown away. I purchased the Monday jumpsuit and cannot wait to wear it. Love this boutique.

Prim at the Lethbridge location is so fabulous, love her!!! I always love stopping in the Okotoks shop on my way to Calgary! I never fail to find so many things!!

Love shopping local and Thelma and Thistle, Okotoks go above and beyond, extremely helpful friendly staff, great selection of styles and up to XL!! (Also love, love my Free People!!) Hubby always gets worried when I shop either in person or online, and deliveries from Lethbridge always sent promptly and well packaged- its like shopping in someones closet a very personal experience xx
