My friend recommended Trail Tire, she has been going there for decades. I took my recently purchased used Nissan Sentra, to check out what was going on. They turned what was a lemon into a nice Lemon Drop Martini, making the car a treat to drive now! Thanks to the Trail Tire team for your help! I will be returning for my work from here on in.

Trail Tire will give you such EXCEPTIONAL tire service! I had a big blow out, mid afternoon…Rick got me in right away…and Neal called me & got me 2 great All weather tires, at a great sale price! My Matrix, Toyota rides so smooth now. These guys will treat you well…and being a woman, that’s saying a lot these days…! As one reviewer said, ‘No upselling with Trail Tire! I’ll never call any other Auto Service.

We get cheap services through the dealership we bought our car through but still use these guys. I have been bringing my cars here for years, from my 25 year old Suzuki to my new tacoma, and they have never tried to upsell me once. Very honest, always call back and very friendly.

A couple of my coworkers had recommended this location to me, so I took my vehicle in on the 15th of May to do a tire change from the winter to the summer tires. I also wanted to have the tires balanced complete with a wheel alignment. It took a whole day for the job to be done even though the vehicle was dropped off first thing in the morning. I called the shop at about 3:30pm to follow up and see if the job was complete, but the vehicle had barely been taken into the shop for servicing and it was a concern for me because they close at 5:00pm
Miraculously the job was complete by the time I showed up to pick it up. I drove the vehicle home, and noticed that there was something off right away, but didn't think much of it. My wife told me a few days later that the vehicle was pulling to the left even at low speeds. It wasn't until I took it on the highway just last weekend when I noticed how the vehicle was pulling to the left violently(This is no exaggeration)
I called this past Monday to explain the situation to the guys at the shop, and to make arrangements to bring it in right away so they could correct the issue. Right away there was a lot of resistance when I spoke to the gentleman, and he refused to take the vehicle in until Thursday of this week. Considering the situation, and the fact that they didn't do their job properly the first time, Kire should have made an extra effort to get me in right away as it is a safety issue, and negligent on their part.
Kire gave me every excuse he could think of such us "it must be a tire issue" as an example and showed no concern at all or any sense of urgency to try and get the issue corrected. It wasn't until I told him that I had spoken to a couple of his colleagues from another shop(Graham & Todd) and how understanding and accommodating they were regardless of the fact that they didn't work on the vehicle at their shops that he started to change his tune. A little bit of accountability and honestly on Kire's part would have gone a long way, but instead I feel that I can no longer trust this location or the stuff to work on my vehicle ever again. The lack of care, concern, and accountability are upsetting and disappointing to say the least. We put our trust and our lives on these people's hands and pay a pretty penny to get best the job and service that they claim to give to their customers.

Suppose I plan to change my front brake, after they checked my brake, I didn't need to change the brake. They didn't charge me for checking the brakes. Excellent customer service! Would recommend this location

CANNOT recommend this place. Originally from Ontario, I spent the summer in Edmonton and needed an oil change. I normally change my own oil but didn't have time before I left, so I gave them my own oil, and paid extra to have a Wix XP oil filter installed with the job. I finally get back to Ontario and do my next oil change, and I find a Mahle branded filter in the car--which is the brand I typically use and had previously installed.So best case scenario, I paid extra for a Wix XP filter that I didn't get, and they installed a Mahle filter. I doubt this since most shops don't keep the European part brands in-stock, and I would have gone for a Mahle if that had been an option. Worst case, and more likely, THEY NEVER CHANGED MY FILTER AT ALL!I had a good experience talking with the staff and mechanics, and did not see this coming. Unfortunately, at this point I cannot recommend this Trail Tire location.
