Super disappointed. My sister bought me this lovely cup for Christmas only for ithe letters to come off after the 2nd wash. Followed the handwash instructions and all. Such a waste of money.

I tried to visit this store recently. A sales woman approached as I entered the store. I went to ask if I would be able to come in and park my cart at the entrance when she started lecturing me about the cart. If she would have just said "sorry, we don't allow carts in here" I would have thought that fine. But I got a lecture about it being an Amaranth cart (not allowed upstairs!), the sign on the door that I hadn't seen, if they made an exception for me, they'd have to for everyone, etc. I was in the process of leaving for heaven's sake, and she still kept on lecturing me. Someone needs a primer on customer service.I went elsewhere to purchase my gifts. Nice merchandise, but that experience left the most bitter taste in my mouth.

the customer service is seriously lacking :/ I don’t expect much but the least you can do is greet your customers. the girl working didn’t bother to say hello or ask if we were looking for anything specific, nothing. I had to take initiative and greet HER, and she didn’t bother to look up. it just came off as extremely rude, like folding shirts was more important than possible paying customers, and we were made to feel unwelcome.

I ordered a couple gifts from Maker's keep to do surprise drop offs for friends during COVID-19, and so they offered drop off to my apartment which made things very convenient for me. The service was swift and the products were great quality. Highly recommend!
