The owner was so rude and refused to take the stuff back as i was being told to take the store credit to shop .I had the receipt and the tags on and went the next day . She was arrogant and stubborn.plz never go and shop there .

I went to Harrow WEM to return two t-shirts. I misplaced my receipt, but could prove I bought these items here from my Visa statement. The clerk would not give me a store credit saying it was a Saturday (no one was in the store) and they were busy??? She called the manager and I got the runaround. They said to email the manager. Ultimately, there was nothing they could do??? You would think with the cost of acquiring a customer they would be more accommodating. I still have the tags on my shirts and could prove with my bank statement I purchased these items here. I will not shop here again.

I absolutely love going to both locations of Shop Harrow. The staff is always friendly and helpful and I never leave without some kind of treasure be it a piece of clothing, shoes, self care products or sweet treats!

It's local business with local products! And I love to support them. Their products were very good and good quality! The lady at the store was very polite, kind and helpful and we definitely will go back there! Support local! :)
