While this is the grocery store I shop at most often, I do so because it is on my way home from work. Otherwise, I would likely avoid shopping here.
Let me start off by saying that the cashiers at this store have been nothing but lovely and helpful every time I've shopped here. However, I have had far too many frustrating experiences at this store with being unable to find items I am looking for and common items that I urgently need for being out of stock. On one occasion, I walked into the store on a Sunday afternoon to pickup something I needed for dinner and the entire produce section was empty. The meat department is also smaller compared to other stores which can be frustrating if I am looking for a package of a certain weight for a meal that I am making. Overall, shopping at this store is a frustrating experience and I never know when I walk in if I'll be able to get everything I am looking for.

Not where I would do a normal weekly shop for the family, but if you're staying at Canterra Suites(just next door) it's a good place to get your stuff, if overpriced- like all groceries these days. Good selection of both hot and cold meals. Security keeps the Jasper Ave drugged-up zombies out as well.

Prices on cold cereal 450 grams $7 , soft drinks are extremely high compared to other grocery outlets.
$9 + all fees ,deposit for a 12 pack of Pepsi is outrageous high.

I'm so disappointed in this location.
August 15th 2024 I bought these at $4.99 a bag, August 17th I came back to them "on sale " with this fake sale price attached , I pull the sale Tag off for them to be way cheaper to purchase off sale .
This store manager should be ashamed of himself, and I hope his family is fed all nice and well. While he screws others out of money, it's already hard enough to get for groceries in this economy.
