Bought a rev-a-shelf for a client at my cost $394 just found it on Amazon for less then $200. Good grief. “Specialty hardware is a thing of the past” easier and cheaper to buy it online.Of course there items are un-returnable

Terrible quality hardware provided with hinges. Multiple screws have the heads twisted off just installing them.

Customer pick up at the warehouse could definitely be more efficient. Give the pick up guy Wheels so He doesn't have to walk the entire warehouse or put the printer and print out closer to the pickup desk so the guy doesn't have to walk back-and-forth

A 20 year old cabinet door hinge failed and I sought a replacement.The inside sales guy was amazingly helpful, even though they did not carry the original manufacturer hinges.He pulled out multiple shop manuals and mock ups to identify the correct replacement hinge and fasteners based on the odd ball configuration.I left with 4 sets of their hinges installed easily. Great product with cam adjustable screws.Amazing customer service.

Lady at the front desk ignored us when we walked in and out- her desk is right by the door but she said nothing! The whole time we were there not one staff member offered to assist us or any of the other couple shoppers. Staff are not present to help. Products are massively outdated! The showroom looks huge from the outside but such a let down when you walk in. I can’t understand how businesses like this survive in Edmonton. Come on Edmontonian’s- let’s raise our standards!

Very helpful to customers with an account. If you don't have an account DO NOT go here. It is a business supply so it does make sense.Very helpful and friendly staff and the showroom and warehouse are always so clean.

I’ve dealt with Richelieu for about 15 years. Always had the best of customer service. The ones at the front desk and the ones in the back are the best. Always friendly and efficient. Thanks guys.
