I really like this store, but the service is starting to decline. I've tried to just pick up my order or have it delivered on days when I'm extremely busy but more times than I'd like to admit there's an error, points haven't been redeemed, they don't know how to run their programs etc. It's getting quite frustrating because then I have to make an additional trip to return, exchange or ask for things I shouldn't have to. If I have specific instructions indicated, why not follow them?! Put competent people in the cash so they know what the running program is, how to redeem points and how to redeem stamps.
Been coming here since it opened by the way. I don't leave bad reviews and it sucks for me too because it's convenient shopping when I can't make the trip myself.

Large store ... not so great product!
I've been somewhat dedicated to SS for decades, however I keep forgetting to stay clear of this location as the quality and freshness of produce is much lower, as is the selection. It's odd as this is a large store, however, if looking for fresh produce, and selection (ie: Rapini) is rather low.
Kingsway location offers fresher pickings!
My rating is solely based on FRESH produce as it is what truly matters.
P.S. Mushrooms misted w.H2O = WRONG!! Stop watering the fungi =(

Rarely fresh vegetables and some fruits that needed more care, especially when restocking the shelves(grapes and strawberry, need to check as there is so much damage in the container and the price is very high so no one's wants to pay for damage fruits.

I am so sick and tired of buying produce here and having it not even last three days. I paid $10 for a bag of sweet potatoes. I used it that same day, and 4 out of the 9 potatoes looked like a Dang loofa. Don't get me started on how nasty the onions are. Those might at least last two weeks but they're usually full of mold and half rotten on the inside. For such a busy store, I thought they they would have high turnover of produce and that it would be fresher and last longer boy, have I been wrong. I bought zucchini and Yellow Squash about 5 days ago 2 days ago I went to use the last night Yellow. Squash, it was a dark gray color and already molding.It was horrible at least the zingini was still fine I bought zucchini and Yellow Squash about 5 days ago 2 days ago I went to use the last night Yellow. The picture does not show exactly how gray that yellow squash was, and it was slimy. Seriously.With how much we are paying for groceries nowadays they should really be held accountable. Not only is the pricing bullshit so is their nasty produce.

my wife and I placed an order for grocery delivery and wanted to use 50$ in points. they didn't use the points and sent the order. when we emailed regarding the issue, they never responded. when we called about the issue they said there was nothing they could do. this is not the first time this has happened. superstore has the worst customer service and we will not be shopping PC anymore. it feels like a rip off and we can get food and other goods at much more reasonable prices with ACTUAL customer service.

Worst superstore to do price match, they dont even accept price match from Nofrills Edmonton. Even if we are saying its from Edmonton, they are like no its only in ontario, its not opening in our phone. Like seriously? If we are showing you the flipp app flyer, its your phone problem not ours. Please behave. ??

This location is ok. Come here often because it’s close to home. Bakery never has fresh baked goods out till mid day or later. Never enough tills open but staff is friendly and store is clean. Manager should go around and check how things are going on a regular basis.

This store is always clean and well stocked, however, I just purchased some mini cucumbers from this store and the next day day they were moldy. Not very good, never even got to eat 1 of them!

Real Canadian Superstore.
I don't think it's "Real Canadian" to price gouge each other.
I don't think it's "Real Canadian" to keep wages low and provide the minimum amount of benefits to employees in order to funnel money to the richest among us.
I don't think it's "Real Canadian" to be anti-competitive and fix prices on staples like bread.
It is "Real Canadian" to flip the bird to the obnoxiously greedy and to take your hard earned money somewhere else.
