For years ive driven across the city to come to this location as they never tried to upsell me, were always super fast and great to deal with. That is unfortunately no longer the case. Staff tried to upsell me on pretty much every filter/oil additive/extra service they could, including showing me a clean filter and trying to tell me i needed to switch it out, and arguing about whether I had my mechanic do a service already that he was pushing. I will not be back

My motorcycle wouldn’t start at the nearby gas station due to a battery issue. I approached the awesome staff at jiffy lube to see if they could help. They quickly assisted me hooking my bike up to a battery charger which allowed me to get it started and make it home. I just want to point out the great service and assistance I received. The staff at the jiffy lube are great and helpful and I am glad they were able to help me that day. Thanks.

Great Service! Got my oil change there recently and had other questions about my car and Garth helped me out and answered all my questions & was super helpful! The other staff who helped out was amazing as well!

Overfilled my transmission during a flush. Flagged and repaired by the dealership. The owner comped the cost incurred on the dealership invoice, though there was no consideration for my time having to deal with the issue, getting it diagnosed, repaired, etc.

I never seem to learn my lesson with this location. Such careless mechanics if you can even call them that. Stripped my entire bolt the last time they did an oil change, put it back in completely crooked and put my nut back way too tight. Didnt bother to mention it to me once, now that I’m trying to get another one done, I’m being told that the last place that did mine completely messed me up. Not to mention a few years back my boyfriend got an oil change done here and they cracked a hole in his oil pan, also from over tightening the nut. It’s clear that they use an impact which you’re NOT supposed to do but they do because it’s faster and they’re Lazy. Just be aware of this.

Their mist deodorizer is Not working. Please don't use their ac cleaning service and very expensive oil service. Take your oil and filter to a mechanic like speedy and they will do it for you for 30 dollars. And they will inspect your car for free. At Jiffy lube Customer satisfaction is NOT guaranteed. Asked for an oil change of my car. They don't even have the oil filter. Can you believe. They only do oil change and they don't have the OIL FILTER. They asked me to supply the oil filter and guess what "They still want 220 dollars for it. "No more jiffy of any kind for me
By the way they own the Windermere location as well. I thought you might need to know

I just stopped by this Jiffy Lube for an oil change. Bryce checked my oil and indicated that my oil was still clear and viscous and in his opinion, did not need to be changed yet. He then proceeded to top up my washer fluid, ask me if I needed anything else checked in the vehicle, and tell me to stop by in another 3000 KM. I have to say, I was a little taken aback by receiving such outstanding customer service as it so rare now-a-days. So THANK YOU for your professionalism Bryce! I'll be back soon for that oil change.
