I love this convenient location near the university because it’s accessible to get good snacks and Asian food. I enjoyed every moment there due to their good service and nice atmosphere. Every time I visit, I’m filled with joy. One of the favourite places to get Asian snacks.

.I went in to buy an instant ramen at 0945AM today, it is advertised in the front door and on their counter. I wanted to get Chapagetti but it only comes in a 4 pack, this costs around $5. I was willing to buy this and pay extra $5 just to get hot water and a bowl (they only have Shin etc. available as individual packs of $5 and it comes with a bowl and hot water). They did not allowed me to do this because they said that the computer does not recognize this order. So I just opt to get whatever individual packs they have just to make things less complicated and move on. However, upon paying, I saw that she did not have to scan the Shin noodles and the bowl. The cashier just had to manually enter the price. I then went to cook my ramen. I paused the machine at 1min 30secs because I noticed that I have to put the extra egg and cheese that time. So I asked to buy these, but it was also not available. When I restarted the cooker, it filled up my ramen water again and it was so diluted that I just threw it out. Few weeks ago, I ordered food on the counter and it took more than 30 minutes to be ready. I think stuff like these has to be communicated to the customers instead of just processing everything, taking payments and then it end up being very delayed or unavailable. Cashiers have to let buyers know that they don’t have the extra stuff available for the ramens or that their orders may take more than half an hour if it is indicated because a lot of customers there are only there during their break time.

Love the store, can't be happier about having a location this close to downtown. Could only be happier if there was another location north of the river.

I don't care what you came for, if you didn't get one of the ham garlic breads you missed out. They're so good, I would make a trip to this location just for more of the bread.

Great Korean style chicken wings. Often they have Tuesday deals for chicken wings , last time I was there 3 chicken wings and two bears for $8.99 . Not great customer service, they don't even give napkins with your food you have to ask for it.

Delicious chicken even if it is a bit of a wait. 4 /5 because I got one piece in a different flavor than I had ordered. It was still tasty, just not what I was expecting.

your staff in the Ramen section is very rude...he yell at us when we try to ask him about our take out order..we wont come back anymore in Hmart UofA area..try to teach him how to treat the customer well...this happen Sept..3, 2024 at 6pm.
