Employees don't even show some respect. At 7:57, they started shouting and saying make everyone out of the store, it's closing time and stuff. This is so disrespect.

The staff are never at the cash register. If anything goes wrong at the self check out, you just need to move to another one and start over. Good luck getting any help at this location.

Very nice clean and well maintained. I appreciate the display and the best store I visited so far. My most visited store I highly appreciate the professionalism and service of the staff of this store . I recommend all to visit this store once , you will really feel the difference.

One of the worst branch of dollarama i ever seen.The attitude and behaviour of the staff is not at all apt for a customer care service.Their attitude towards the customer looks like somebody force them to work. The management should teach this staff about the basic customer service. Recently when we reach the counter for the check out there were 3 staffs at the counter.they were engaged in their own business and talking each other in the regional language and didn’t even ask the customer to excuse for the waiting,even after we asked them for help they kept on doing their business and when had to go for self checkout.they didn’t even say sorry.

Visited there today. Store is every well organized , very cleanliness. Staff is very helpful. Happy to shop in this store again and again.

Usually has decent stock, well organized, and easy to find common items.Rarely have cashiers on, meaning everyone is battling self-checkout machines. Not always staff available to assist when needed at the machine which causes delays and longer lines.

One of the worst place to shop. They keep damaged items and when you genuinely discuss with the to provide a replacement they just bluntly deny quoting their policy. This store manager is an absolute incapable and blinkered guy who does not even make an attempt to understand. Poor language, poor communication absolutely substandard. Wonder how these guys get employed. Terrible experience.

They sold us unactivated/already used gift cards and refused to do anything about it. I will have to file a chargeback since they are refusing to help. DO NOT BUY GIFTCARDS HERE!
