My recent visit to Chalo FreshCo was quite unsettling. At the end of my billing, the associate looked at me suspiciously, which felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. This seemed to stem from a lack of communication, creating an awkward atmosphere. Customer service should focus on making shoppers feel valued, not scrutinized. I hope they address these issues for a better shopping experience.

I like shopping just for the halal options but seeing that one race dominating the whole store and speaking their language really doesn’t give off professionalism. If you live in Canada speak the language. My parents are immigrants from the islands in South Pacific but we never rude nor ignorant in front of other nationalities.
Chalo really needs to step up and hire normal people!!

I like the prices and the halal options but this place really needs to practice some diversity in staffing. They seem to prefer just one race. I also find it rude when costumers are there at the till and co workers speak a different language and make the costumers feel uncomfortable. I myself am an immigrant and speak my own language but If I’m around someone that doesn’t know it I speak english so they don’t feel like I’m talking about them.
Please make this place more diverse and mix up the staff a bit.

I went to this location to do grocery on Saturday evening it was closing time so I understand everyone was rushing but the guy name Parteek attended so he was extremely rude just throw my food items after scanning them. It was my second time there and I don’t think so I going there ever again. Really bad experience they should hire a politer staff for better customer service.

I went to freshco for my grocery shopping on Saturday around 9.30 and there was a guy named as Parteek . I never saw someone like him like he was too rude with us. Don’t know why he was just throwing our food he was pretending that everything is useless that we bought. its his second time he did that with us. Even he was throwing the receipts too Here , the customer service is ridiculous and I don’t think so I am going there ever again. Basically needs to change the staff or hire a new one who can attend the customer nicely. Thank you!!!!

Very poor customer service from the manager of the store she don’t want to tell her name and the price was wrong and it should be free as per the bylaws but she just want to argue and no politeness very bad on her part she should be getting training for customer service will never come back here for this kind of service

Zero customer service for a return. Would not exchange item as it was purchased at a different location. No where on the receipt does the refund policy state it has to be at the specific location purchased at.
