Took my car in for an insurance claim. Nothing to say but thoroughly impressed by their service, craftsmanship and professionalism. Though took some time to book in an appointment but the service quality made up for any inconveniences.

Terrible communication and very disorganized. They never get back to me and seem to forget everything I tell them. Its been weeks since I emailed them about an issue with their work. They chipped my paint on a separate panel while doing bodywork and also ditched my plastic bumper cover on my original OEM fender

We were recommended Carstars by our insurance company after a fender bender, and I can say I am very glad we chose to go with them.
The professionalism and friendliness the staff exhibited was more than I could have hoped for, and the communication and updates as our vehicle was repaired was outstanding, I never had to call and ask how things were going, they always let me know first.
The cleanliness and comfortable atmosphere was obviously well thought out during dropoff and pickup, just adding to the impression that our car was in good hands.
The repair was flawless, it now looks like it came right off the showroom floor like we bought it, no evidence there was damage, I am very impressed with the repair quality.
Lastly, the turnaround was quick. They were booked a little far out, but that seemed to be normal for every other shop right now, but once they got it in it was done within days.
Highly recommend Carstars Ellerslie location if you want the job done quickly and correctly by professionals.
