Very friendly and conscientious staff. Safe place to walk if you are a worried senior. Security here is caring and responsive. Management is excellent here. They keep the store very clean and organized.

There's a reason the auto service department has 1 star ratings throughout.
Jack was fantastic to deal with.
I appreciate his kindness and his patience.
Patel, the main manager, whatever his name is, is awful.. I've always taken my fleet vehicle in here to utilize the CT points. Specifically, I have taken it into this location each time and have gotten CT points. (My work has never cared about gaining points when it comes to vehicle service, gas points, oil change, etc.)
He's trying to lecture me saying it not right in his opinion, and if it were him, he'd never do that.
That's great, keep your opinion to yourself. If my company had an issue with this, they would have said so and told 700+ employees it's not ok by now.
He's bragging he works for a trillion dollar company. Yet the department he manages has the worst reviews ever.
Focus less on the money CANADIAN TIRE makes as a whole and focus more on the reviews YOU get and the service YOU provide. ?

Booked an appointment for installing new tires (October 30th, 1 PM). Appointments are supposed to take no longer than 2 hours (when you are on hold you are told that "best of all, we do it timely so you don't have to wait long"). I was told at the counter that they are late so expect to have it done within 2 to 3 hours. When 4 hours have passed, I called and I was promised a call back. As no one called me back within half an hour I called them back and waited 45 minutes (longer than what it takes to get tires installed) until I was able to talk to a human being with every 4-5 minutes someone picking up with a rushed "auto service please hold" with no chance of even saying no. When I was finally able to talk to someone there was zero apologies. I will certainly not use the auto service of this location again and would not recommend it to others.

My employee got her tire changed here and driving to work from their shop her tire flew off almost killing her. They are taking no liability and putting the blame on her for this tragic event. Stay away

Kishan helped me quite a bit when I need my Winter Tires changed as winter is comming. He was patient even with how busy it was even with the phone calls and he gave me straight answers and walked me through the whole process smoothly.

Kishan was wonderful today in term of his performance and going above and beyond expectation. He truly illustrated an extraordinary example of a customer service. He took the problem that brought me into Canadian Tire and prioritized it as his own issue. He immidiately resolved my vehicle issue without even involve the manager or supervisor. This guy is truly an example of how customer service is all about or should be. Thank you Kishan. You are a good man.

We were trying to drive home to Dawson Creek, BC from Edmonton on Oct 20 when I got a flat. Got the car to your store that morning - they were fully booked and clearly crazy busy, They had us leave the car there and we were on the road by 9 am the next morning, It turned out all 4 tires were expired and in very bad shape. We made it home safely last night despite horrible road conditions. The guy at customer service was very patient and kind. Thank you!

Worst customer service I've had in a long time. Dropped my car off for winter tire change that I had booked a week in advance. Both tire sets on rims. Asked approx how long and was advised 2 hours. 3 hours later, my car was still sitting in the parking lot. I asked, and they said it would be at least 1 more hour. 4 hours to wait for a scheduled tire change appointment! I left and decided no more Canadian Tire.

What an embarrassing night, managers should be ashamed. Went in with my boyfriend who got GLARED at by a manager who I guess my boyfriend worked with like 4 years ago?? Then when we had a question we got passed around from desk to desk over and over again wasting about 20 minutes playing ping pong with the staff, THEN the “manager” or whatever person at the service station wouldn’t even make eye contact with me and just GLARED at my boyfriend, then she gave us some vague directions to where the items we were looking for was and we had to ask yet ANOTHER staff member to find the items for us!!! So disrespectful. What a joke. The best experience we had was using the Canadian Tire self-checkput stations cause we didn’t have to fight anyone.

Worst service ever, have been in the shop for changing light bulbs for more than 4 hours, back and forth, calling me 2 times for picking up my car without completing the job, end up offered waiving 65 dollars of labor to please me with something rather than saying sorry, waste of time and so cheap way for satisfying your customer, little kids in the shop don’t know even what they are doing, I would never be back to any Canadian tire and I don’t recommend it for anyone who appreciate their time and don’t want to deal with such losers. I’m still hoping for a miracle to finish up this job and go home after ruining my Friday.
So I actually called this number today and the lady answered my call told me to go back to the service manager and talk to him, like talking to the person I am complaining about and she can do nothing before talking to this person and this is the procedure that I have to go through which is kind of retarded and I had to end this call as that completely doesn’t make any sense to me.
More over my second experience today with same branch after I finished the car job, I took my kids to the store to buy table tennis, planning for our weekend, end up going home, opening the box and find a cracked table. Had to run before closing to return it.
What a great experience, I honestly don’t know what is happening!!!!!!
I don’t know who can stop this poor customer service and waste of time, ruining families fun time, I think their should be some kind of government organization that we can get back to, protect our rights from those corporations that always feel protected and above law.
I am really tired of what’s going on and it’s not just them all big corporations.

Worst Auto Service Ever !
I regret that I took an appointment for a tire change(ON RIMS) in this location today. It took 4 hours to get it done even though I had an appointment. An hour standing in queue for drop off and another 2.5 hours just to change my tires which was on rims and half an hour to take my car out.
A big zero for customer service and management for the supervisor in charge.
Better get appointment with some other AutoShop.
