I expected to pay a lot more than what I did for a new radiator, but not only was this place really well priced, the guys were incredibly helpful and friendly! I ended up leaving with a radiator, air filter, and cabin air filter for less than what I would have paid for just the radiator elsewhere. Super happy, I'd absolutely go back

I was driving by on Fort Road, and seen the sign. I was pleasantly surprised to find these guys really know their stuff. They carry Amsoil products. They carry the Molly lube line as well. These guys are super helpful there. These guys are not just the discount auto parts type store, that only sell the low-hanging fruit of popular selling auto parts. These guys will get you the right parts that you need for your car and get you on your way. The prices are fair and not over-the-top. These guys carry excellent quality engine flushes, and top-quality synthetic oil products. This is not a Parts Source type of auto store, this is a real auto parts counterman that use real catalogues. But more importantly they know what they are talking about when it comes to car ?Parts.

very bad experience I repeat 5 times the model ,year,make , etc of my car. it looks like the old man don't take his job seriously.first told me on the phone they had the parts for my car for 175$ tax included then there told 185$ then change his mind. Be focus. don't waste people's time.

Very poor customer service. The two elder guys are very disrespectful and dishonest. They treated me like a thief.I came there to purchase a purge valve for my car. I previously bought one from Amazon and it didn’t fit so I went to this store at least to be able to talk to a person and avoid any misunderstanding. The first day I went there I talked to a young guy (the two elders were there too) and I explained the situation. I even had to call the dealership and ask for the correct part number which I gave to the young seller. He found one part that matched in Calgary but it was going to be delivered two days later. I needed it asap as my car was parked somewhere it was not supposed to be. So I told him I would think about it and come back the next morning if I decided to take it (I wanted to try other stores first.). The next morning I came back to the store because I didn’t have another solution. And he ordered the part for me (the young guy). I asked him if the part he was ordering doesn’t fit my car, will I be able to return it (because it looked exactly the same as the one I bought from Amazon). He told me yes he will return it. When I came to pick up the part I dealt with another young guy and I even asked him to check again the part number to make sure they didn’t mix things. He checked and assured me it was good. Then I asked him the same question that I asked to the first young guy. And he replied the same. If it doesn’t fit bring it back we will refund you or find the best way to help you. Okay I went home and I worked on the car that same night and the next morning. Same thing the part didn’t fit. I went back to the shop and I told them it wasn’t working. This time I had to deal directly with the elders because the young guy who ordered the part was with another customer. The elders said their policy is no refund for electrical parts. And I told them that I’ve been told by the young guy I could bring it back. Then started to accuse me of replacing the part or whatever without even looking at it. The whole time they didn’t even opened the box. Even say that I damaged the box when I’m not even the one who opened it. In fact the second young guy opened it when I came to pick it up. I lost my cool blasted on them. I don’t tolerate disrespect and especially people treating to be a thief. Then I told them I’ll deal with the young guy who was just witnessing everything. He even admitted that the customer service there was awful and agreed to return the part. I just had to pay for the shipping fees (20% of the total amount).I don’t care about a hundred bucks, I’m an Engineer, I drive two cars (Mercedes and Ford), I’m not poor, I’m not a thief. (This is for the two elders working in that store. You better learn how to behave idiots)At first I didn’t even go there to refund but to see if they could find a part that could fit my car and that’s how they received me.

Never open at 9 like the website says and nobody answers the phone even when people are there. Found way cheaper parts at partsource anyway. Unreliable staff. Won't be returning.
