Have know Sam for almost 10 years now and he is a kind and experienced mechanic who doesn't charge you to identify faults and has very reasonable prices. Recommends him anyway and anytime.

Sam is one of the best and most honest mechanic in Edmonton. My friend recommended Sam to me because of his honesty, and he impressed me once I met him. My car was initially misdiagnosed by Kal Tire (Tamarack location) as having a seized engine and they recommended the engine replacement. Sam took his time to diagnose the problem to be an Alternator, and they sent me the revised quotation for the alternator replacement. Sam took his time to take the proper history of the problem in my car and explained everything in detail for me to understand. He fixed my car before the timeframe and exceeded my expectations! His wife on the front is amazing at communicating with clients and sending quotations on time. Absolutely recommend them for your auto needs.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I’m not even sure who helped me with me my car (Chrysler 300) last week but thank you. I had a week from hell last week and my sister took care of getting my car together and she took it here. They sent a quote via email, along with pictures and fixed the car promptly. I was driving the next day.

This shop used to be good. The service and quality of customer service is deteriorated significantly in last few years. I am a customer for last 5 years. Today I came to change my winter tires with an appointment. I drove more than 25km to change the tires and then they told me that they will not do the tire change because its mercedes and his tools are not good enough to perform tire swap for the mercedes performance tires.He refuses to do the tire swap because I told the lady in the front to take precaution so that there is no scratches. This is a genuine ask from a customer who has given several customers to them in last few years.The lady in front is super rude and started taking my statement to her ego and asked me to go to Mercedes showroom if I am-concerned with scratches.Absolutely worst customer service. They think they have upper hand because there are many customers available to change their tires and they do not care if unless you work on their terms.Never coming back. Will make sure I will also let my friends and family know about my experience so they can avoid this shop.

I am a customer of Argyll auto works for more than 10 years. The owner Prashant is one of the best hands on any model and make of Cars in trouble shooting to fix the cars first time right. Any issues fixed with 4 of my cars were never taken back to refix.He is very caring and courteous to his customers all the time.He is fully booked all the time and walk in is not an option if your car problems are fixed right first time.But, I have patience and schedule appointment to see him.His crew are trained by him to have equal expertise but he is the one to take the test drive to approve all cars before customer is called hand over.Not to forget to mention his wife Somi who handles front desk. Her knowledge about repairs, parts and to send out quote with out loss of time is impressive.Overall I am extremely satisfied with Argyll Auto Works.He returns good value for money spent exceeding customer satisfaction.Prashant and Somi please keep it up.

They are absolutely fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable and great quality services at very reasonable prices. The owner is very friendly and hard working, and takes pride in what he does. Every time we visit there is complete transparency about what services are to be done which makes him a very trustworthy mechanic. I 110% reccomend this garage! I don't trust my car with anyone else.
