I found here "Rompope" (Egg Liquor) which had been imposible to find anywhere else. That saved the holiday season, I'm happy and I'm still happy in 2023.

I'm changing my original review from 2-stars to 4 stars. Customer service has proved significantly and they have decent sales, so the increased cost since the days of Liquor Depot are offset by this. I will continue offering my business with satisfaction.

I honestly don't expect much when I go to chain/discount liquor stores. I'm usually just looking for deals and familiar brands. I don't expect the same level of expertise I would get from a local, specialty shops. However, that was not my experience during my most recent visit to this Ace location. I was super impressed by the level of customer service I received when I came in looking for some sparking wine. The employee greeted me right away and when I told him what I was looking for, he brought me over the the section, asked questions about my preferences and offered lots of helpful suggestions. He was super knowledgeable about the products they carry. Thanks to him, what I would normally give 3 stars is bumped up to a 4. I will definitely consider this location next time I'm looking for wine.

Friendly service, great prices! Craft beer selection is a little lacking, but I won't complain.

All the employees are very friendly. Great customer service. If you patient you’ll realize many of the employees first language is not English but they communicate well and they always put their best effort in. The employees also like to joke around and are just super friendly. Also very cheap and a great selection.

I had to wait for the cashier to finish eating his dinner before I was able to pay for my drinks. He seemed really annoyed that I had interrupted his dinner time and told me to wait until he was done, because “he didn’t want to wash his hands again”.So I had to stand at the front counter, and watch him eat before I could pay.
