First time in the store - but not the last. Oran greeted me with a smile and had suit options laid out in no time. Fitted me into a great suit and suggested a shirt, belt and tie with expertise. An enjoyable experience - thanks Oran!

I have lived in Calgary for over 30 years and never knew O’Connors existed however after my first purchase O’Connors has turned into my go to haberdashery. I wish I knew earlier that such a classy men’s clothing store existed in my hometown

Pulled into the parking lot with the intention of going in to buy a gift for my boyfriend. Had literally been in the parking lot for all of 3 minutes when a man walked up and knocked on my window. He asked what I was doing to which I responded that I was checking something on my phone and he told me that I needed to leave immediately because this was private property. He asked me if I “knew what private property was” which I responded yes I did. I didn’t even bother entertaining the conversation at that point because I would never shop anywhere that treats people like that. I will literally go anywhere but here after that experience.
And as others have mentioned this seems to be a pretty common theme.
I would also like to mention having grown men approaching your car as a young female in downtown Calgary is incredibly nerve wracking regardless of what time of day it is.

I went for the first time to visit this store. I really enjoyed the environment, and the customer service provided by the representative (Seth) was outstanding, I totally suggest this store if you are looking for quality and great looking clothes.

Very rude staff. They aggressively tell you to move from the parking lot…. Even if you were intending to shop there. Seems like that’s the theme of the reviews as of late.

Lovely staff, went to park and was approached by a rude staff member telling us we can park and it’s private property, wanted to shop but staff clearly has some biases against customers. No thanks,Also seems management has gotten plenty of these reviews where people want to shop but they are reluctant to respond or make right to there wrong.

Wanted to give a shout out to Chris and the excellent service he provided me during a custom suit fitting on Saturday October 14/23. I appreciated his friendly easy going approach and his suggestions for fabric and jacket choices. His attention to detail while taking measurements left me confident it will fit like a glove! This is my second occasion Chris assisted me and both times were excellent as is the rest of the staff, all very helpful and accommodating!
