terrible service. no customer at the 2nd floor. ask for shoe sizes and wait for 15 minutes to nothing. no one comes back. im waiting like an idiot. good luck to the company see how long more they can survive with this service.

Daphne was incredibly helpful helping choose my suit for my wedding. I hadn’t gone through the process before and she was very patient and knowledgeable making the whole experience enjoyable.

I've been disappointed too many times at this location, and I won't be coming back. Now I have to scramble for my wedding.
(For anyone reading this later its an update, and they never responded to me after this fake reply on google. Its a common tactic and it works for most of the time.)

Great service from experienced & professional people!
Got fitted by the veteran, Anik, for a Harold suit (ready to wear/ off the rack).
You can tell he really knows his suit styling and alterations based on our chat
Julia also helped with some belt/ shoes styling combinations as she is the specialist for Boss brand. She was friendly with good suggestions. Never pushy with her recommendations.
Compared to Holts one block away, Harry Rosen has unpretentious service and waaay larger selection
Will be a repeat client of fine sartorial goods here, without a doubt!

I was in urgent need of a jacket and overcoat for a business meeting, and I walked into Harry Rosen with only 40 minutes before the store closed. Thankfully, Bee came to my rescue! With her keen eye, she quickly found a great set of options in the colors and styles that I preferred. I got exactly what I needed in record time, and my new Moorer coat is my absolute favorite! I have a suit that I bought at Harry Rosen and love it. I have been a business man for 25 years but have gone back to school and walked into this store on my way home from class looking to buy cologne. When I was finally helped by someone, the first question out of their mouth was, “Are you waiting for someone?” We all know what this question means. I left immediately feeling completely unwelcome.
