Usually will go to Costco with my mom since she has the card. Unfortunately, she caught the flu so she told me to take the card and go anyway. Got there and they have a new policy on the Costco cards. Their manager explained it to me even though I thought it was silly. She was very polite, telling me the process for getting added as a second member. I was ready to leave before one of their “membership” employees named Dustin chimed in to tell me the policy is not “silly.” Glad you believe that sir, sounds a little biased from someone working in membership though. Anyway, manager and the front door employee were very nice, but membership guy Dustin looked like he wanted to fight me. I was not being belligerent or loud either, i wouldn’t have been upset that they made no attempt to solve the situation—instead just rushing me out like I’m a criminal for using my mom’s card—but I went to another Costco and they were much nicer about it, even offering to get me added as a second member. I guess NE Costco just ain’t it.

I am very disappointed with their service at tire center. When I book my car for tire installation, I explained it to the guy that I am not able to bring the car on the day for the service because we have a baby,and told him if its fine that my husband(not a costco member) will bring it instead. and he said its fine. Appointment day came,suddenly my husband call’d me and said they’re not gonna do the installation without me because I am the card holder.what the heck they should’nt book me in the first place. they just gonna waste your time. call’d them many times(waited for an hour and half) even just right when they open they won’t answer the phone.I wonder what is the use of their phone lol. I will not definitely refer costco with my friend to become a member with their service. ????????

Not many people might write Costco reviews but I’m going to… Not only because I LOVE Costco and have been a customer for years but their prices and customer service going as far as speaking to their amazing return policy is unmatched. I wanted to give a shout-out to a woman working here whom I call “The Queen of Costco” by the name of Bonnie needs recognition. A long-serving employee as I understand, she is always so knowledgeable, approachable and always cheerful. She is a credit to this organization and for anyone else who has interacted with her, they will know who I’m referring to. Keep up the great work Bonnie.

Parking situation is crazy; they are always out of plain greek yogurt. Either it sells out too quickly or it's not popular at this location and they don't restock often.

Horrible experience today. Went in with my wife and wanted a separate bill for the clothing and groceries. Cashier just about had a fit when one of the clothing items was rung through with the groceries and I clarified that I wanted it on a separate bill. Lectured to me about not being able to let "friends" buy things on my membership. Interested to know if heterosexual couples enjoy the same treatment at Costco? Extremely disappointed and disturbed by the staff. Costco may want to consider some more customer service training for Tasnim B at the North Calgary Costco.

Clean and well attended.
I’m begging you, on behalf of all humans involved, please staff 1-2 more people at the food court at all times. If it’s a money thing, I swear I’ll buy more. So much more. The status quo is malicious and cruel, I don’t want to wait 20 mins for a hotdog and the staff are so overwhelmed they seem to have abandoned the will to live and yet their bodies work for fear of the masters whip. Please, please, please, please, staff more concessions staff.
Most efficient checkout I’ve ever seen.

Today is November 9th 2024 I'm writing this comment about what happened to me this morning at Costco which is located at 32 Street northeast beside Rona , I dropped my wife at work and tried to get some stuff from Costco when I went in and scaned the member ship card the person which was there asked me if my name is on the member ship, I told her it's my wife's card and my son's name is with her, she stopped me and called her supervisor, when the supervisor came she told me I'm not allowed to get in !!!!!
This really bothered me a lot and I left the warehouse!!
This is really stupid when you lose your customers and make them going to a different store to buy
