I am absolutely content with the diversity here. I was shopping with my mom who just came to Canada from Chile for boots. Omar helped us along with two other ladies in Spanish. The three of them provided excellent service and dedication. I will definitely come back this black Friday for more deals and outstanding service.

Went into Browns and was greeted by Tolou. She is an example of a 5 star employee. I don't buy shoes often as I am not into fashion. She made me feel confident and comfortable with the shoes we chose together. She is so bubbly and had a big smile on her face. I have never been so happy leaving a shoe store. I have gotten so many compliments on them already. Thank you Tolou for making me feel like a Queen!!!

I was looking for a new pair of shoes and went down to Browns in the core .I must say, the level of customer service I received from one of the store associates, Xiaofan. And the store manager,Jennifer. was absolutely amazing. They were very friendly and assisted me in finding what I was looking for. They answered all my questions about the products. I got exceptional customer service, Truly made my shopping experience amazing. Definitely will come back again and suggest to my friends!

There is one curly Chubby girl who is absolutely Rude << example I was witness of a very friendly lady that came to the store to pick her sandal’s and the lady told her is. Exchange of product warranty ,( browns will always stand behind there quality) the lady said to the Rep that she was a long time customer and that browns do warranty there quality ) the girl change her face to sort of friendly to Absolutely ? Rude .. I understand that sales associate are under stress this days but it’s not a reason to be Super passive aggressive… with customers I hope that she gets further training >>> but I belive that more friendly staff should be hire for the core … thanks ? also I ask her a question she ignore me because I didn’t want to purchase the first pair she got me to try Not flexible , Rude & PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE ATTITUDE is NOT APPRECIATED!!! That location always had super friendly service kind of missing this days

I left my water bottle when I shopped with friends at Browns ,Core at the store closing time on the last night visited CS. Next day I got calls from the Browns , Jennifer told me that will delivery the bottle to me to Vancouver,BC without charge. Thank you Jennifer ,thank you Mehregan ,Thank Browns!

this is terrible!!! I was ordered the wrong size because I measured it. The feeling is 2 orders of magnitude larger. I do not recommend it to anyone, people are very careful when buying something here! I informed that after 2 days of the wedding, I was not offered anything, only you can order wedding dresses that will arrive within 2-5 days. This is a terrible attitude

I have shopped at the Browns location in The Core, Calgary several times and been served by Jennifer Ogwal. Everytime she has been extremely professional and knowledgeable. She provides me with great suggestions to suit my needs. Jennifer's product knowledge and consistent, courteous service continues for me to return to the location as I am confident I will always receive exemplary service on every visit.

Had a pair of MK shoes start to fall apart after only wearing them to work over the course of a couple of weeks. The return policy only allows unworn items, but the ladies at the counter were super understanding and exchanged a new pair for me without any hassle. They gave some great recommendations for the same brand and were very knowledgeable.
