They lost my order so instead of waiting I canceled drove to the store purchased the pack in person and soon after they charged my card and sent the original that had been canceled customer service is terrible I will never shop here again

I was looking for a primer and i check on there website and says they have on stock. I drove for 30 mins and when i got on the gun counter, this old guy with white hair and looks grumpy was on the counter. I ask him if you guys have a winchester primer and i haven't finish my question yet and automatically blocks my question and says we don't have it. So I thought they are out but the website says they have stock. So I went home and decided to call the store to make sure. When I called them and they ask the C number of the primer they said they have lots. The old bugger was just lazy to help customers. I just drove 30 mins for nothing.

I needed some ammo so I checked online that they had stock because other stores were out. The website said they had plenty in store for the caliber I needed. So drove 45 min there and couldn't find so I asked at the gun counter and they said sorry we are out. I told him the website says you have stock? He said ya that just means it is on the truck so it should be here in a day or two. He didn't care that I had driven 45 min and didn't care the website was wrong. I don't recommend supporting a business that lies and doesn't care about each and every customer. Support the smaller ones that actually have things in stock and go the extra mile.

They lost a customer and I gladly went to shooting center and purchased goods there, good bye cabs you'll never see me at your front step. Anyway went in to buy a handgun, they said they can't sell it coz I need range membership, called rcmp they said no such law exists and I can aquire no probs, told cabs that but they argued like 5 year old child so I took my business elsewhere, to shooting center on macleod respectively I bough cz p10f no hassle and just happened to be 100 dollars less than cabs. Disappointed with Cabela's amateurs and their customer service is terrible at best and definitely don't give a dime about customer, mislead customers left and right, wonder how much money the company lost because of the incompetency behind the counter *scratch scratch*

Went to Cabela's and had all my purchases opened and the insides of the purchased products checked to ensure "all the material was inside". What was upsetting is that the couple in from of me had nothing opened and checked. Even though they had purchased an exact product like I had. They were Caucasian and I was a visible minority. The cashier was checking to see if I was stealing anything.GJ Cabela's you racists.
