I went inside Rexall and they told me to wait for 20 minutes for my prescription Then I went to sobeys and got groceries. Then I went back into Rexall then they told me to wait a little bit longer even though the time was up. Then I looked around inside for a few minutes and went back to the desk they said wait another half hour I was so frustrated the workers (Indian girl) they were gossiping with each other and not getting my prescription. They didn't care that the customer was waiting for so long. I told them that I had to drop my daughter off at tuition and they gave me my slip back and slapped it on the table. I DON'T RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS REXALL ONE OF THE WORST CHOICES YOU COULD MAKE AND VERY RUDE STAFF AND PHARMACIST!!!

I have been waiting 3 months for a prescription to be filled and when I called today I was told it was still out of stock but was advised to keep calling back so I can get it filled before other people… even though I have been waiting on my prescription to be filled since February

Unhelpful and slow. Typical “that’s not my job” attitude. Go to Shoppers Drug Mart next block or there’s a Canada Post next block too. Much better options and helpful staff.

One of the Managers of the pharmacy was beyond rude refused to fill my prescription stating i wasn't covered yet I am 100% yet he refused to even take my health number which shows my coverage he also refused to put in my extended coverage and demanded I go elsewhere. How unprofessional. I do regular business at the Beaumont Rexall and after today I will be taking my business elsewhere and I suggest that you do too! Shame on you!!!

I like their pharmacist Mekanna, she is awesome. Mekanna helped me without hesitation, called the other rexall branch and transferred my mom's prescription.

I have just recently, within the past 5 months changed all my scripts fromS.D.M. to Rexall. So far so Good. Only one incident and I think it was a lack of communication between colleagues. But in the end they figured it out. The staff in the store are excellent, one lady who admittedly worked there for10 years was and has been very helpful all the times I've just been intoThat store. Thank you for all the help and support to all the staff after my 2nd knee replacement and broken Femur. It's healing as best as I think possible all things considered. Made an appointment for our flu shot today. When my husband and I went in, we were told that the pharmacist on duty at that timedoesn't want to give flu shots, to come back at 3 p.m when the other pharmacist comes in....What?!What's the point of making an appointment.Went to Shoppers, in and out.

I bought a box of band-aid and my 2 year old accidentally ripped off the barcode from the box, I took the same box and barcode paper to the counter to buy. And the Cashier named JULIE was extremely rude. First of all, there was no smile when greeting which is not a big deal, then she starts off saying "you know what you need to put better CONTROL on your kid for not ripping things off" (her exact words), to which I replied, "well I am buying it anyways and my kid is just 2 years old and of course I would never want to CONTROL her ". I left the store and immediately returned back to get her name and to which she shouted "You can call the manager anytime".This is the disastrous customer service. If you don't like dealing with people, then please don't be at the front desk.

New pharmacist is uninformed and dangerous. So sad we lost Ahmed. The new one openly admitted to not following any research in his field when I asked about the recent studies showing phenylephrine doesn't work, only waiting for our Canadian regulator to force him to learn about it. Big yikes. I will be switching to the shoppers near ellerslie where they are informed and interested in their work.I also agree with everyone saying the front staff and manager are absolute messes. The manager bullies the employees and they're all miserable. What a disaster of a location.

Pharmacist says 20 minutes. And then when I come back in 20 minutes she starts filling the prescription. Then hands it off to the non English speaking lady to try and explain everything. Very poor. Don't they know there are other Pharmacys in Beaumont? Will not return ever.

Never had this bad of customer service. Got followed by an older lady around the whole store, she was not trying to cover the fact that she was following us everywhere. After I confronted her about it she claimed that ''its her job to follow people around'' then i replied its your job to make your customers uncomfortable? NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!!!!

To the miserable old bag who decided to lock up a few minutes early and then turn her back and ignore me after I tapped on the window when I was trying to pick up something from the pharmacy for my son tonight:Bravo. You just lost this establishment a customer.
