Do not bring your car here unless you want to have the wrong thing fixed and it doesn't even work right. Had the thermostat replaced and for some reason they decided to do the AC chord as well even though I told him not to. They also don't fix the problem. I had no heat in the car and I still have no heat in the car. They also have mechanics that don't know how to talk to customers. They go around in circles talking about something you didn't ask and without even talking about what you asked about. They also had to do two diagnostic checks because "the first time they didn't catch what was really wrong". I believe a diagnostic is a thorough search throughout the car to figure out what might be the problem or problems. Why did this happen to me?

Always a great company to go to when you need something on your vehicle done. I have never had a issue with these guys. Been going to them for years for oil changes, maintenance, and tires. Love the new waiting room they added for when it is busy with people waiting, we have more room now. Thanks Wasilla auto mall for everything you do!

This is my go to for oil changes in the valley. I shopped around and they're prices and customer service can't be beat. Also tires and change overs. I tell everyone to go to auto mall.

I pulled up and they came out, confirmed who I was and what I was having done and got me right in. I was done in under 30 minutes! Go get your oil changed here! Great customer service!

Quick service but worth the wait on their busies of days. Staff is friendly and efficient. Nice little waiting room or wait in your car till it's your turn.
