If I could give negative stars I would. This pharmacy is the worst ever. The pharmacist is completely unwilling to help figure things out. Her staff are now following her lead. My doctor has tried to reach out on my behalf and they are still unwilling to fix this. I have been a customer for over 15 years, and it has been the last couple of years where customer service has steadily declined. There are 2 staff that are helpful. The rest are rude and unwilling to help.

Store is fine but the pharmacy needs some serious help asap. Prescriptions always take days to weeks to fill which’s results in us running out before they’re filled. Pick up takes at least 30 mins too…

Nobody answers the lines are 5 hours long. what??? I've been on hold for 45 minutes!
***2 HOURS I JUST SAT ON HOLD FOR SOMEONE TO ANSWER EXPOSE HIPPAA AND HANG UP ON ME!!!- the corporate office lady called me, the lady at Walgreens called me angrily accusing me of complaining and when unexplained she backed off a little and my meds were filled that day. idk.
9/26/24 Here again about 3 weeks later, how does it possibly take 20 minutes to help each and every customer you guys have a line of eight cars out here and it literally has not moved other than people just getting out of line what is even happening back there?

The WORST pharmacy I have ever had to go to. You can expect to change your whole day plans around because the lines take atleast an hour. Super rude and unknowledgeable staff. Take your prescriptions literally anywhere else.

If there was an allowable zero star I would give it. This Walgreens expect to wait and hour minimum for prescriptions. MAYBe and that’s on a good day. 1 person switching between counter and drive through. It’s a huge monopoly and it’s a joke. Has been that way for 7 years at least

Had a prescription faxed over for my dog by his Vet. Told be it would be ready in 40 minutes. I was tired, hungry, had a cranky baby and emotional because my dog was going through an emergent situation. So I said I would come back in a couple hours.
When I came back they could not find his prescription. They tried name, DOB, phone number… I told them that I was literally
told it would be ready, so I don’t understand why they can’t find him. They checked their faxes and it wasn’t there either. The girl helping me was nice but very unhelpful and the employee that told me it would be filled was gone for the day. I was told to have my vet fax another prescription. No thanks, I just ended up paying for it at the vet’s office instead of dealing with all that again. I won’t be using this Walgreens again.

If you like to wait 40 minutes in the drive through- to pull up and see them walk away for another 15 minutes then this is the pharmacy for you.

Disrespectful and incompetent pharmacy. There seemed to be a bad attitude consistent with the pharmacy staff and a lack of basic etiquette. The pharmacist Kristy will disrespect you then play victim if you challange her. Totally toxic human.
5 stars to the Walgreens Manager Raven and other main store staff for assisting me.

This place is horible...the pharmacy (kkkrristen) made me feel absolutely insignificant . only if we could send those people that are poisoning Alaska back to the state that booted them out in the first place.Rude as ever...unbelievably so...if only they could switch places with me they would think differently.

Their prices aren't bad. The cashier is friendly, but there's almost always a line at the pharmacy. It moves along though.

Needs more cat food to choose from, also it's pretty expensive if they can fix that that would be marvelous.

I would strongly recommend using a different pharmacy. The pharmacist tonight was so rude and even made the poor pharmacy tech cry (whoever you are I’m so sorry this happened, because of you my daughter has the medicine she needed for pneumonia). I will Never use this pharmacy again or shop with Walgreens. Very poor customer service.

PHARMACY: Calling out Samantha~DA. Went in for type 2 meds. been out for week and was low blood sugar bad. Found out Tricare didn't set my rate. Called Tricare and they wanted to speak with a rep at Walgreens. Was not able to change my rate that day. Samanth~DA was rude as f to me AND tricare rep. I have moved all meds to Express Scripts. This is also not the 1st incident. They all are terrible. This is a sensitive position to be in. Yes people suck and are mean... but I assure you. I was not. Get some class Samantha~DA. And close your mouth when u chew your gum. I could see spit flying out of your face and you had a huge boogie hanging out of your nose. For real.
