I was helped by Zach and Bryce at this location, both were super helpful in helping me find what phone was best for my use. Zach when to the extent to phone in another Verizon employee from a separate location to make sure I got the phone I needed. 10/10 service!

Andrew and Kristina are the only ones I remember by name but everyone was AMAZING! So helpful and patient with us. Never got angry or mean with our toddler running around and stayed almost an hour after they close to help us set up our new devices! Even shared toys and snacks with our toddler went above and beyond for us! 100/10 service! I’ve been to other Verizon stores in the state and in the lower 48 and this has been the best customer service I haven’t ever received! So thankful!!

Went in to see what options were available for my wife to change carriers and get on my plan with Verizon. A new employee tried to help us but didn’t listen to what we were asking for. He pushed the unlimited plans (twice as much as what I’m currently paying). He then deferred to a supervisor whose answered were short and flippant. I’m going to a different Verizon store with my business. Lack of professionalism, customer service and knowledge of the products were the take aways from my first visit here.

The signal for both telephone and internet is terrible!!! I have plus service and the internet coverage is horrible, I honestly do not recommend using Verizon in Alaska ????????

The store staff was incredible.
Verizon as a service provider in alaska is terrible for data. Pay for their top of the line data plan and Hotspot plan and haven't connected to 5g anywhere in alaska. I also do not get good enough Hotspot to do anything for gaming.

Had a terrible experience with this store. Absolutely no help with no effort applied. Lisa was very condescending and rude. I highly recommend everyone to avoid this store if at all possible. It was completely obvious she just wanted to sit an not work at all.

I was told being a veteran would waive the activation fees, it did not. I was told nothing would be due until the first bill, the next day I came back in to setup my new service and was told it would cost over $200 to start. I was definitely lied to about the activation fees being waived for veterans. The setup fee is avoidable by ordering online. The store is also very understaffed and from the sounds of it has been for a long time. Your average wait time will be about an hour to speak to anyone. I would avoid this store if you can, use Verizon online service to avoid the extra fees and get factual information from their website and these people will lie to you to get the sale. The staff here are very friendly and helpful I have nothing bad to say about them other than being lied to about the activation fees being waived for veterans. They will not waive them.
Update: I went in yesterday to turn in some trade phones after being told I could get a little bit off of my first bill with my old phones. I was told it would be somewhere between 30 and 60 bucks for each phone. Went through the whole process just to be told at the end, oh yea we don't actually pay for trades we just recycle them for you. I would avoid this mickey mouse operation at all costs. Everything they say is a lie. They are worse than a car dealership.

I went in this location to switch from my old provider, to Verizon, and OH. MY. GOSH. They were SO nice about it, and it took LESS THAN 20 MINUTES!!!!!! They were very quick and efficient, extremely polite and professional!!!! I was very happy with how understanding everybody was, especially Courtney!!!!
I also really loved how welcoming it was in the store!!!

Poor customer service. Slow service paired with awkward engagement from staff. Went in to pay my bill and I have never spent so much time waiting around.. Usually I go to the tikatnu location and it is always a lovely experience there… maybe this location should shadow theirs to provide better experiences for their customers.
