I love Pioneer Meats, getting my own meat back is important to me. Every product I’ve had made has always been excellent. Caribou, moose and now pork products. Their turn around time is fast and they are a breeze to work with.

Without a doubt the best Bratwurst I've ever had. But what I really want to comment on is their service. I came in mid morning Friday with 30 lbs ready to grind, and I was treated like I was their most important customer. They took 10 minutes making recommendations, offered to bend their rules and let me do bo both brats and Italian sausage even though they have a 20 lb min for each, and got my meat back to me the next day. When they checked me out, they made some very practical recommendations on how to prep them for the freezer and thanked me for being a customer. Honestly, I probably would have put up with poor customer service for the quality of product they offer, but I'm happy I don't have to. I'll never go to a different meat processor again.

Like that they’re quick and you always get your own meat back. Also will accommodate processing meat sticks for someone with celiac disease. Can’t say enough good about them. We’ve been using them for a few years.

Very satisfied with our products all the time we had jalapeño cheese pepperoni sticks made and they turned out epic!! Everything down to the casing was perfect, you can taste the cheese prominently and I asked them to make it a little extra spicy and they came out perfect, they taste delicious I have never been disappointed.

This crew went above and beyond your normal butcher shop; next trip to Alaska I will not be using anyone but them and will refer them to all my friends and anyone I know traveling near Wasilla! Simply can’t thank you them enough! Amazing people, amazing service and amazing product!!!

Worst experience I've had. She was so rude. Didn't have time for me and refused my caribou because she was to busy. This is after we set up an appointment for drop off, I drove in from Anchorage just for this. I would never tell anybody to go there. THE WORST
