After having some not so great experiences at another bridal shop, we tried our luck here before going to Seattle. My future sister in law found her perfect dress here and we thought why not check it out!There was no need to go to Seattle because Tammy helped find me the perfect dress! I was indecisive on 2 and she was more than accommodating and had patience as I went back and forth. She even waited while I went home to think about it for a few days! Came back continued the indecisiveness for a bit, but chose the one! (Not pictured) she matched it with a beautiful veil! While waiting she offered drinks and snacks and was okay with my party chit chatting after! Just a beautiful experience that I’m so glad I was able to have due to Tammy!Also? Her boutique is VERY homie. Beautiful music, beautiful furniture and beautiful little touches!Couldn’t recommend Arctic rose bridal enough!

10/10 would recommend for anyone in Alaska looking for a wedding dress!! Tammy was extremely helpful and accommodating with the help of finding the perfect dress for my big day!

My sister is getting married and bought her dress from Arctic Rose. Tammy was incredibly sweet and very helpful! Her studio is beautiful, with a lovely ambiance that made dress shopping fun and comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! 10/10 recommend!

Arctic Rose Bridal was soo helpful and accommodating! They were more than willing to work with my schedule and I greatly appreciated it. Especially if you're a bride traveling for a try on from a more remote part of Alaska, they are a great choice.

I just attended my future sister-in-law‘s dress fitting at Arctic rose bridal salon. The care, expertise and knowledge that they had for dress fitting was incredible! The owner Diane was able to read our bride and pick out exactly what she would like to Try-on. She read her body language,her enthusiasm or lack of enthusiasm for each dressed and adjusted accordingly. The shop was clean, beautiful and had a wonderful selection! I highly recommend, doing your fittings there!

5/5 would recommend! She listens and picks the best dresses. I went to a couple shops that didn’t listen or show me options for a dress I had in mind and on picture and she looked at my picture and picked a very similar dress. I am so satisfied, the process was very present and easy. Thank you!!!

Three years ago, my daughter flew from Washington to Anchorage to shop for her wedding dress. The owner of this salon was a delightful woman, who helped my daughter select a gown in which she looked like a princess on her wedding day! Now that I am living in the valley, I'm going to visit the salon and share pictures of my daughter's wedding and how beautiful she looked on her special day. Who knows? Maybe in the future, I may marry again. Should this happen, I will purchase a wedding gown at this salon, as well. ?

I will start my review by saying I did not say Yes at Arctic Rose - BUT - one of you will. This is because Arctic Rose did not have just what I was looking for, but it was really hard to say No! When you start your journey of looking for your wedding gown, I would say it is important to go to different shops, because each one carries different gowns and you may have different experiences than other people. However, I would say that my experience from Arctic Rose was so fantastic, it was hard to walk away without a purchase. The only thing was, I was looking for something that she could not offer in her selection, that many other shops could not either - and that was a certain color with a style with this and that and the other thing (basically I had a vision that I could only hope I would find). I have attached the photo of the dress that I really wanted to walk away with if I was going to do the traditional wedding, but in my heart I know that is not for me. My mother called Arctic Rose, and explained what we were looking for, and Diane had pulled every dress in her stock that could fit the description, pulled sample books with fabrics, and sat with me to explain the possibilities. She was the sweetest person, and had every hint and knowledgeable tip about "what to do" on your wedding day, and those tips that make you giggle when she mentions the groom taking off the dress with those difficult buttons on that night! The shop is in the downstairs of her house, but she has is set up with a private fitting room so that you can decide when you are ready to show your party (in my case my Mom), the dresses you have selected. She has undergarments available, sleeves, and explains exactly what and how a tailor can make each dress perfect for you. Her wisdom just makes you want to purchase (this was very hard). You know you can trust this woman, as she has been doing this for DECADES. I give her 5 stars because she has all styles and understands how to make a dress fit each body. She is not pushy, she listens, and works to fit your needs. The personal details and attention matters for this purchase. Best wishes and luck on finding the dress for your big day!
