There is a great selection at this location, the store is very clean, and the employees are very nice. I can wander for hours in this store!

They got rid of guns and ammo and refuse to keep electronics dept. They are constantly removing items that the wasilla store carries and tries to tell us they aren't shipped to Alaska. The pharmacy dept used to be top notch and the only reason this store even gets 2 stars.

I'm sure the checkout lady thinks I'm a jerk. It was obvious she was slightly chagrined as a result of my seemingly innocent questions and remarks. In one visit, I realized why I prefer to shop at Carrs. It all started when I tried to use my Garmin watch to pay for my items. Apparently that is not a feature that Fred Meyers has, which is disappointing. I think a chain like Fred Meyers should have options like this. So I took out my debit card and when it prompted me for some cash back I said, "sure," only to realize that it costs $.50 to get cash back. I know I should be thinking, "Hey, it's only $.50," but my brain says "Hey, if 100 customers today received cashback, Fred Myer's made $50 at the simple fact that people shrugged their shoulders." When so many other places allow cash back at no charge, I think this is just a weird fee. Maybe they are saving up for verifone readers that have touchless pay?That said, Fred Meyers really does have a ton of items and everything I came looking for was easily found. It's well-stocked, brightly lit, and clean. If anything, my only other final complaint about Fred Meyer's is that I always end up finding more things than I actually need, which I suppose is actually a good thing for Fred Meyer's.

Click List pick up tonight went flawlessly! Sam is the gentleman who brought everything to my truck. He's so polite and friendly! I offered him a gratuity for his awesomeness; but he said he would be fired if he accepted it. As a customer, that was rather disappointing to hear; but I'm hoping the management team has better programs in place to reward excellent service given by their staff. Clearly, this young man deserves it!

Bad customer service 7:00pm Lanes already down to one only self checkout and one lane which is family friendly Lane was only available waited for 1 hour for customer to help all the other lines and ridiculously elder people are not able to to get help. I can understand 9:00 p.m. or 10:00 or 11:00 p.m. to get their Lanes down to one but it ridiculously it's only 7:00 p.m. there already went down to one lane and with a huge line they should at least have common sense to open another Lane to get that customers taking care of at all times.
