Bought a memory foam mattress for 400 and it was s but too firm. Had to resell it.Kind of felt like the markup was high for the quality of the item.

I bought my couch and dining set from them. The delivery guys were efficient and friendly and when they put together and set up my furniture, I was pleased with their skill and care. I also took my friend there to buy her couch and coffee table which is when I found a chair I liked. They were helpful and put the items on hold as we figured out measurements. I did not feel pressured to buy anything which was a nice change of pace. It was clear they know they are the only guys in town and lack competition but the customer service was still good.

I've always had amazing customer service with Southeast Furniture! Chris and David at Southeast Mattress Gallery have helped my family find the right furniture for years. Chris always has price matched and is amazing to work with. David was amazing with my Grandmother when she was looking for a new mattress after her husband passed and she walked out with a smile on her face and a new bed to sleep in. Will always shop with Southeast!

The staff was very nice. The lady that checked us out was very rude and didn't have very good customer service skills. She was also rude to the lady helping us.

Excellent selection to fit literally every budget. The lower priced furniture is of good quality as well as the higher priced furniture. Customer Service is great; you will get greeted upon entering the store but they will not hover or crowd your personal space letting you shop comfortably so that when you do have a question or need help, they are not too far. Chris is amazing and will try his best to work with you on financing. Best furniture store in town!
