Yo, it's a San Antonio native here and I'm calling foul! This huge chain is sticking it to the locals something fierce! Seven bucks for cheese-it’s and fifteen or more for chicken? My grocery bill was over $150.00 for two paltry dinners, no extras. And don't even get me started on the rotten fruits and veggies that cost twice or thrice as much as elsewhere. Anchorage, you're getting played!

Customer service is so changeable. One worker says they can't do the return because it's over 90 days. But the next worker says he can. With ID and it's store credit.
Next time, I need to argue more to return my items that are completely undamaged. And non electronic. Even though it's past. Because she was so definite on not helping me return it. But he was willing. I'm just mad she didn't try her best to help. In a hurry to go somewhere else.

Bathroom was out of order in front of the store had to go to the back. Not horrible, just frustrating when I was already at the back of the store and had to walk back

Honestly I have to return a straight talk phone for not coming with the sim, as on the box it says that’s included. I thankfully have the receipt. I’m surprised the cashier wasn’t having any friendly customer service, he was seemingly happy to tell me he just works there and can’t do anything or educate me any further steps other than cashing out the item. He was just on the clock and had no compassion or manners k I’ll stop by for hopefully some help later on wish me luck thanks

Bad service and customer service.. she measure all of my kids clothes and we literally gave her the material to fix it, but a week later she called saying that I need I need to give her an extra 6 yards of material?♀️ and then the day of the event, she called saying that my stuff are ready to be picked up, I got there an hour later to find out that she use measurements from my little girls to fix my oldest daughter’s lavalava… and that she also lost one of my daughters material… I talked to the lady and she staring going off on me like it’s my fault she messed up on my order… not recommending this tailoring place to anyone.. she will do what she knows it’s best for herself not the customer..

I like that there is a larger variety of products at this Walmart but the staff is not very friendly and they treat people as if they are all thieves. I tried on a sweater and was walking to a mirror, the security and a staff member talked about me as if I wasn't there before the staff lady approached me and told me I needed to take the sweater off promptly and pay for it first. She followed me after I told her I was just looking for a mirror. Needless to say I didn't bother to purchase the sweater because they were so rude about it
