Matthew, Vision Manager, is the Best Customer Service person I have ever experienced. I brought in my prescription reading glasses for a nose piece replacement. It turned out not to be that easy. He worked on my glasses for nearly an hour until it was completed accurately and professionally. The whole time he apologized for it taking so long. He took great care of me, and was personable and enjoyable. For all your vision needs, go to this fine man and location. Thank you, C. Spence

Someone took my carry out bags out of my cart so I asked for my things to be put in bags. I was walking over to help the cashier when an associate from a different register came over and started throwing my things in the bags. I tried to tell her thank you and she was basically cussing me under her breath. I took my things out and waited by the door for my friend who was also checking out. She said there was the rudest associate and it was the same lady.

Everything you need is locked up and finding an employee to help is like pulling teeth, each employee you try to flag down and ask for assistance just says sorry not my department but not willing to call someone to help.

The store is too bright now with the paint inside along with the new lights. My autistic son can not be in the store for more than 10mins before he starts having sensory issues. It gives me a headache and limits my time in store as well. Please work on making the store not so bright. Also please move or separate the cleaning supplies from the food

The Anchorage Walmart Vision Center team, and specifically Matt Morookian, is phenomenal. His dedication to finding a solution for me while up from the lower 48 was impressive! Matt is a creative, professional, solutions driven individual. I can’t say enough about how I was treated and the extent to which he and his team pursued a fix on my behalf. Incredible!!

Make sure you have the person who is checking you out scan everything. I was put through unnecessary bullshit because the scanner didn't scan everything. Don't go here unless absolutely you have too.
