Very slow. Took 5 hours to get a small bottle of prescription ear drops. Said they could not fulfill VA Veterans Affairs medical insurance. Not sure if the government or the Walgreens corporation, or both are roadblocking prescriptions for disabled veterans, but it needs to get fixed.

Horrible service. This woman just jumped down my throat when I was trying to talk. Mix up with the discounts. She said she had to pee and needed a break. Let your employees take their break so they’re not barking.

Quite happy with Walgreen"s service. I was prescribed meds from the Urgent Care close by. Staff friendly and efficient. I was out of there in 15 min.

I was trying to fulfill a prescription at the other Northern lights store, their phone was currently off, so I called this store to see what’s going on with their phone and see if there’s another phone number I could call to refill my prescription… Well, they left me on hold for 15 minutes… After that I got a hold of a gentleman that had no idea what was going on so I think that they were just leaving me on hold for no reason.. I finally got a hold of the pharmacy over there. They said that they were going to refill his prescription so I sent my mom to go grab it and they told my mom that they had no prescription for my son and that I spoke to the other store somehow… Which I did not… I called that store asked for a manager. I tried to explain everything that was going on in mid sentence. He said let me get you over to the pharmacy, He didn’t want to listen to anything that I was complaining about with his workers… And he thought that was going to help my situation which it did not… These people need to be trained on customer service.. They finally patched me to the other store which their phone was working at that moment… And she’s going to have my prescription filled as soon as possible.. Moral of the story is that Customer should not be left on hold for 15 minutes and just being forgotten, Another thing is management should be listening to the customers on what’s going on in their store instead of just patching me through to someone I’ve already talked to, and I needed to talk to a manager at the time..

They close the bathrooms after they clean them. Came in after work at 6:52 pm. My five year old had to use the restroom. The lady workimg upfront was rude about it. Called the manager and they let my son use the restroom.
