We are a business and they pull up to the front and if no mail they don't come in to pick up mail. they just drive off. How lazy can you get. then some days we don't even have them come by!!!

Best post office in Anchorage! I have been coming here for over 4 years (I have an online store) and have dropped off hundreds of packages. Lisa and Princess are the 2 greatest customer service people in my lifelong experience with the USPS! Always helpful and always smiling. Not one single issue in 4 years with them at the helm. One of the highlights of my week is getting to see them! They have set a standard of great customer service that I have not found at any other location in Anchorage. Great job, ladies! Thank you!

I've been using this post office since 1996. Tai, the clerks in the front window are great people. If you have any problems, speak with Lisa. She's one of the best clerks there. Continue the great work.

Absolutely the WORST postal service in the USA. Try to complain and NO ONE CARES. If they are not losing something they are sending it back to the sender for made up reasons, if they are not sending it back to the sender for made up reasons, they give your shyt to someone else because evidently the mailman can't count numbers or read.. REDICULOUS. THIS IS A WEEKELY SITUATION. PLEASE HIRE PPL WHO CAN COUNT AND READ. The US is turning into the 3rd world.

With all the bad reviews I was bracing for a bad experience. But the desk postal worker was very patient and helpful,

Driver won't deliver if they have to get out of their vehicles and no action has yet been taken after speaking to someone about this recurring problem.

Can't deliver to my address so " have to" pick up mail from this post office. But almost everyone I go on there my mail is Vientiane on a delivery vehicle for delivery, do often times take me 3 weeks to get my mail, assuming I ever get it. Absolutely horrible.

I have quite a few orders from amazon that for some reason are scheduled to be delivered on Sundays. Over the past year I've consistently gotten emails from amazon regarding those packages that they were listed as "no way to access the bldg". I live in a security bldg that has clear instructions as to how to contact each resident. It's a panel & you enter the apt number. Extremely simple. After a few months of this I began taping a large "note" to the door of my bldg asking if they could please use the number to call my apt & that I was home and would let them in and meet them. Still no deliveries on Sundays. This past Sunday I was keeping an eye out for the USPS vehicle and saw it drive into the parking lot of my bldg. I went to the front entrance to meet them and watched the vehicle drive to a far corner of the parking lot and park there. I was stunned and didn't think to go outside to meet them. A few minutes later I saw the USPS vehicle drive out of the parking lot and, sure enough, a few minutes later I got the "official" email stating that they were unable to deliver my package due to no access to my bldg. No one at this office answers the phone of course, like many people I've called & let it ring over 30 times repeatedly (hoping to irritate them) and eventually someone might pick up and hang up again. The national USPS reps can't do anything other than to tell you to call your local post office. Taxes pay for these "employees" and they would be fired if they worked anywhere else. We have no recourse.i have another pkg scheduled for delivery again this Sunday and I'm going to watch and video them while they drive to their corner of the parking lot and sit there.
